History

Foundation (1978 - 1986)

AeroStar was established as an airline in 23rd June, 1978 and commenced operations on 4th November, 1981. The airline was severely indebted at the start, the partners decided to rebrand the airline as a low-cost airline in 2nd March, 1982. As the airline continued on expanding to semi-popular domestic routes, They started to produce profits; going from a loss to an average profit of around 132 thousand R$ every month and were able to declare solvency in just two years. In 30th June, 1986, the airline started its first international route, from Coeptus International Airport to London Heathrow INTL.

International Frenzy (1987 - 2000)

AeroStar's first international route turned out to be a great success and profits bloomed higher than ever, which led the airline to invest in a lot more international routes. The airline decided to expand their destinations to more countries such as Japan, China, Bacon Empire, Brazil, and many other countries. With the addition of new routes to multiple different countries in different continents, AeroStar carried out 18.7 Million passengers, which was a great improvement compared to the usual average 7.4 million passengers annually. In 16th January, 1991, AeroStar proposed their idea to change the corporate name to Flyburg Inc, to which the shareholders approved of. The proposed name was then approved by the Company Commission of the State Of Robloxia.

Exponential Growth (2001 - present)

In 21st August, 2003, Aerostar launched its first affiliate, OceanStar, where they would start operating routes from Australia to various islands. Aerostar would continue to grow even faster and achieve multiple SkyTrax awards, and even became the ideal choice for budget airlines. In 4th April, 2009, Aerostar would achieve its peak passenger count, at 210 million passengers on that year with almost 100% occupancy on all flights including its affiliate, OceanStar. In the following year, the airline would become the first low-cost airliner to achieve a 5 star rating on SkyTrax. In 17th October, 2013, AeroStar would announce its order for 5 Robus A380s for ultra-long haul flights, which would come with their own personal IFE system on the budget price. Although many AeroStar officials declared to not go on the plan, many agreed and it turned out as a great success. As of now, AeroStar still remains its place as the best budget airline in the State of Robloxia.
