Steel Salt PMC is a military company founded by the Robloxian Government and the Robloxia Armed Forces to assist special weapons and tactical services in certain operations or to assist police officers as first responders.

Their payment is 70,000 Robux, paid every two months.

Overview

Steel Salt is first encountered where a criminal syndicate infiltrates Wargate, one of Steel Salt's black sites located in Rolaska. Steel Salt is also encountered in The Summerhouse as the enemies in loud.

Steel Salt possesses an arsenal consisting of trained soldiers, heavy units, and even military gunships. They also have multiple facilities all around the United States, including black sites such as Wargate.

Like what some PMCs can do, Steel Salt also seems to have power over the police as they can take fugitives from police custody and perform raids without police interfering.

Timeline

2006

  • Blake Newson, a Steel Salt operative, was rising quickly in the organization but refused to comply with specific orders from his CO. This ended in a dispute and with the eventual death of the officer in question, and Blake on the run. However, he later joined an criminal organisation.

2012

  • The Blacksite - A Steel Salt black site called Wargate is infiltrated by a criminal syndicate to extract one of their imprisoned operatives.

2015

  • The Summerhouse - Steel Salt is tipped off by someone about the Criminal Syndicate's safehouse in Ro-Michigan, and they send a military convoy (including a helicopter gunship) to the safe house to raid it. However, the safe house's intel is stolen by the syndicate, and (depending on if the player goes loud or stealth), several of Steel Salt personnel are lost.

2020

  • A Weapons warehouse in Roregon was raided by The Freelancers and Flamethrower gears stolen.

Known Locations

Facts

  • Their special soldiers are not called juggernauts, but flamethrowers.
    • The reason of this is because they use the Robloxian Military Graded R2-2 (Ranged Flamethrower) or Military Graded LMG, instead of standard issued weaponry
  • The Steel Salt Soldiers are easily discernable because they have a black bandana, black tactical uniform, and their black tactical gear.
    • They are also known as the Dark Mercenary because of this.
