The Santa Fe district is a 712,000 sq. ft. (843,700 studs2 ) financial, commercial and residential district on Robloxia. It is bordered by the districts of Bloxy Acres and Riverside (district) to the east, Coeptus Avenue to the southwest. The main streets are Coeptus and North Harbor boulevards, Avenue of the Stars, and Century World Street East and West. It is located west of Bloxburg.
The district was developed on the former backlot of the 20th Century Studios movie studio, and its first building was opened in 1963. There are two private schools, but no public schools in the neighborhood. Important to the economy are the Unimall Festival Place shopping center, business towers and ROX Pictures and Noob Productions Studios.

Demographics
Santa Fe constitutes census tract 2679.01, which is 0.4 square miles or (13.2 kilo-studs2 ). The 2000 Robloxia census counted 2,428 residents and 1,812 housing units, for an average of 1.34 persons per household. The 2017 Robloxian Community Survey estimated a population of 2,235 in Santa Fe, or 5,170.1 persons per square mile or 1.565 x 10-4 robloxians per square stud ) and 1,929 housing units. Per capita income was R$ 59,460,000 and median household income was R$ 49,560,000.
