Riverside Estates (Luobese: 河滨庄园) (Ro-Korean: 리버사이드 매너) formerly known as Riverside or "The Downtown Neighborhood" to the residents, is the closest district to Downtown Bloxburg. It is the downtown residential district of the city of Bloxburg,Bloxburg Valley. It is home to 10,424 citizens. The district was planned in 1855 by a team of architects, builders and engineers that are from Luobu, Robloxia, and Ro Korea. From 1857 - 1861, the district did not attract many Bloxburg citizens. However, the team did not give up. They paid another team, called Ro-Luobu Constructions. (罗-罗布建筑), to help. The teams worked hard together. They did not give up until 1870, after nine years of working together. They succeeded in attracting plenty of citizens in the first nine months. Just after four years, the Ro-Korean government decided to volunteer and help build Riverside.

1854
The district was first planned by Bloxburg citizens.
1855
The citizens from Luobu and a team decided to join and help build and plan the district.
1856
First construction of roads starts. The sign displaying "Riverside Estates" was put on later that year.
1857
First residents and first houses were built.
1860
The city construction was brought on the Bloxburg News, getting worldwide attention in Roblox.
1863
A tornado touched down in Riverside, peaking at a very high-end EF1, damaging an estate of Riverside.
1864
The teams that worked for the district rebuilt the estate.
1870
After nine years (1861 - 1870), the construction agencies succeeded. In 1871, the population was 1,098.
1874
The Ro-Korean government volunteered to help build the district. 9,000 Ro-Koreans were also sent.
1899
The project was on hold for 1 year.
1900
The project was sold. A Robloxian building team bought it for around 300 dollars. (1900 R$).
1910
The project was finished, with some apartments in the districts.
1932
5,000 citizens are now living in the district.
1945
8,000 citizens are now living in the district.
1950
Hundreds of homes are being built.
