Carmen County, formerly Los Angelox County and also known as Bloxburg County or B.A. County, is the second most populous county in Robloxia. Having several cities, the county is located in Bloxburg Valley. The county seat is Bloxburg.

History
Carmen County is one of the original Bloxburg counties, created at the same time the state was admitted to the Robloxian union in 1850. The county originally included parts of what are now Claire, San Bernardo, and Riverside Counties. As the population increased, sections were split off to organize St. Bernard County in 1853, Claire County in 1866 and Riverside County in 1889. It also bears the former name of the city.
On February 19, 2026, the Carmen County government sued the Robloxian government, claiming that the country's children "are easy prey for pedophiles" and the country "fail[ed] to implement reasonable and readily available safety measures". In a statement to Robloxia Today, the Robloxian government strongly disputed the claims in the lawsuit, claiming that the country's children are no longer prey for pedophiles and believed that the safety measures implemented in the country were reasonable and readily available.

It has a population of 18 million people and has incorporated several cities belonging to the Greater Bloxburg City area.

Politics, Laws and Rights
Carmen County Government is defined and authorized by the Bloxburg Valley Constitution, Bloxburg Valley law and the Carmen County Charter. Much of Bloxburg Valley Government is, in practice, the responsibility of local governments, such as Carmen County Government.
As of 2016, the Board of Supervisors oversees an annual budget of $35.5 billion (R$14.2 trillion) and over 112,000 employees. County government is managed day-to-day by an Executive Director and is organized into many departments, each of which is huge compared to equivalent county-level (and even state-level) departments anywhere, which is something else in Robloxia.
