RoCity is the island-city that is in the Telamon Ocean. In fact, it is so small that it is not visible from the Robloxia map. However, the old RoCity is so large that it can be seen from the Robloxia map.
History
RoCity mainland era (1772-1870)
1772: RoCity was established by an unknown race of Robloxians after surveying and exploring.
1868: RoCity is moved to an uncultivated and unpopulated empty plot from Western Robloxia. The legacy of this RoCity remains in a historic city that is located where RoCity used to be.
1869: RoCity is moved to an uncultivated and unpopulated empty plot from Central Robloxia. The legacy of this RoCity remains in a historic city that is located where RoCity used to be, off present-day Central Robloxia State Route 73.
1870: RoCity is moved to an uncultivated and unpopulated island in the Bloxington Ocean. The nearest mainland location from this island is Storm Valley. The legacy of RoCity remains in a historic district that is located where RoCity used to be, off present-day Interblox 15. Shortly after the moving, the city is decommissioned.
RoCity (RoIsland) monarchy era (1871-Feb. 1983)
RoCity's monarchy era dates back to 1871, when it was established.
1871: Kevin the RoCitizen establishes the Kingdom of RoIsland after the moving operation is completed.
1871-1900: Nothing significant occurs.
1900: Home of Kevin the RoCitizen was changed into Home of Fire
1901: Home of Fire declares war with Robloxia. However, RoIsland loses within 10 days to Robloxia.
1901-1974: Nothing significant occurs.
November-December 1974: RoCity's cinema built. Rebels have been killed by RoIsland kingdom soldiers.
1974-1983: Another era of peace ushers in RoCity, lasting nine years.
(1981: Interblox 3 is moved from present-day Ro-Route 13 to RoCity, where it deprecates Highway 73.)
February 1983: Rebels kill Erika the Tenth, starting what is described as a “political unrest era”.
Political unrest (Feb. 1983-Jan. 1985)
March 1, 1983: RoCity Government chooses Smith the Second to be king.
March 8, 1983: Smith bans all trading to Robloxia.
March 15, 1983: Because of trading bans, RoCity enters a period of hyperinflation.
March 22, 1983: Hyperinflation causes poverty rates to increase.
1984: RoCity starts to build RoCity Regional Airport amid hyperinflation and high poverty rates. The old port was demolished.

Communist era (Jan 1985-30 Aug 1986)
September 1985: Communists violate the peace treaty by devising a plan to attack Robloxia.
August 2, 1986: Capitalist rebels ally with the Robloxia army.
August 7, 1986: The capitalist rebels land on RoCity's marina and attack. The rebels win.
August 13, 1986: The capitalists use a strategy similar to Blitzkrieg to destroy the communists.
August 19, 1986: The communist government was surrounded by rebels in a small desert in RoIsland.
August 29, 1986, 11:29 pm.: Books portray this differently. Books written at this time at this city presumed the communist government escaped, while other books simply presumed they surrendered with a suicide mission.
August 30, 1986, 11:11 am.: Communists governmental officer forced to sign the Molotov Treaty, acknowledging that they have been convicted of a war crime.
Peace era (30 Aug 1986 11:11am.-Current)
September 1, 1986: Capitalists renamed the city from RoIsland into RoCity, and since the Molotov Treaty signed, RoCity was annexed as a city in Robloxia.
1 Sep. 1986-present: Another peace era begins.
September 4th-10th, 1986: the September Uprising occurred
1991: RoCity finishes RoCity Regional Airport.
December 6, 2013: A series of major laws was passed on this day. RoCity changes its currency from Robux to RoCity Dollars.
February 24, 2017: Paghetti's closes its doors in RoCity.
July 31, 2017: Paghetti is slated to open its doors in RoCity, but the renovation has been suspended.
September 16, 2022: X Cinema headquarters finishes construction in the outskirts of the city.
March 26, 2023: Paghetti's has been opened after a five month long renovation ending up being protracted to six years, two months, and two days.
June 13, 2026: X Cinema headquarters has been demolished in the outskirts of the city due to the company being bankrupt.
July 4, 2026: RoCity is again moved to an uncultivated and unpopulated island in the Telamon Ocean, leaving no trace of its legacy in the Bloxington Ocean. The nearest mainland location from this island is Bloxburg.
Area
Surveyors and explorers of RoCity discovered five distinctive regions of RoCity. Unfortunately, this information is forgotten, causing RoCitizens to show skepticism if one is asked what place is at what region.
Northeastern RoCity
The downtown area with lots of buildings. It is also the most populated zone in RoCity.
History
Explorers and surveyors described the area as "ideal for populating”, while the Robloxians who did not play an exploratory or surveying role but rather for architectural work would later build a lot of buildings there.
Southeastern RoCity
A desert, where RoCity Regional Airport is located. It also has some oil rigs there.
History
Explorers and surveyors described the area as "unideal for populating unless we find some major discovery, perhaps black water”. Eventually, one successor of the explorer, wondering if the explorer said was correct, or he was intoxicated, dug in the desert. Some Robloxians noticed a deep hole and asked the successor to fill it up. The successor said, “I'm digging for water”. Eventually, as he continued to dig, he found water, but it was black. Believing it was special water, he drank it. He vomited to death in front of a bystander, who would later explore the “black water” and later find out it was gasoline. “I have found it!”, he said to everyone, and a gasoline rush smaller than the Bloxburg Valley gold rush began as oil rigs started to be developed. Eventually, Eight-Twelve, witnessing this in front of their eyes, did what was known as a professional monopolist move and cast “seize all rigs” in the area, effectively exerting a monopoly of oil on Eight-Twelve. The CEO of Eight-Twelve then set the prices of 8-12 gasoline and fixed them in place.
Eventually, the RoCity Regional Airport was created.
Central RoCity
A forest area, where its main neighborhood and its windmill and its power plant are located.
History
Explorers and surveyors described the area as “the windiest place on the entire island”. Eventually, one successor of the explorer, wondering if the explorer said was correct, or he was intoxicated, installed a windmill and used it to generate his electricity. To his surprise, it worked well. That's when he decided to start an electricity providing business. Some Robloxians noticed windmills in the forests of RoCity and asked the successor to tear them down and plant some trees instead. The successor said, “The marginal benefit of my project exceeds my marginal cost!”. Eventually, as he continued to install them, he found out the cost: his house's fuse blew after being subject to too many electrons. He asked if he had permission to build a power plant, and he got approved. He built a power plant in RoCity, used the windmill generated power, and found out that this time, the fuses did not blow. He then decided to carry the generated power to RoCitizens.
Northwestern RoCity
A dense forested area where the reservoir, state park, and its waterside neighborhood are located.
History
Explorers and surveyors described the area as “a forest worth preserving”. The RoCity State Park was where explorers and surveyors formerly lived before the area was taken by Firebrand in 1901 to become a state park. Their homes became the “waterside” neighborhood.
Southeastern RoCity
A mountain and forested area where the RoCity sign, its astronomical observatory, mountain neighborhood, and its main electrical power plant are located.
History:
Explorers and surveyors described the area as “mountainous”. The astronomical observatory was built at its highest elevated location. The mountain neighborhood was built surrounding the observatory, and they are powered by the power plant. A RoCity sign was installed on the mountain.
Climate
RoCity has a typical climate with four distinct seasons.
During winter, sunny conditions are rare, while overcast, snow, and snowstorm conditions are likely. During spring, sunny, rain, thunderstorms, partly cloudy, and cloudy conditions are likely. During summer, sunny, rain, partly cloudy, and cloudy conditions are likely, while thunderstorms are rare. During autumn, conditions are likened to spring. Surprisingly, RoCity's mountainous area has a elevation so high that it is the same as the typical snow level during a winter in Bloxburg.

Geography
RoCity's terrain is varied, from a small desert in southern RoCity, to a high mountain zone at the center of the island. The downtown of RoCity is home to a non-forest. The length between RoCity and Bloxburg is 21 miles.
Transportation
RoCity has only one highway, namely Interblox 3. Interblox 3 is usually used to travel between the cities and around the island. Everyone in RoCity has a vehicle because their vehicles are cheaper than any other Robloxian city.
Aviation Transportation
RoCity Regional Airport appearance
RoCity has only one airport, namely RoCity Regional Airport. There are medium numbers of planes taking off and landing at this airport. Unfortunately, RoCitizens cannot afford the plane because there is no plane dealer.
RoCity Port appearance
In RoCity, Robloxians can buy boats and drive them boat around the island. Some Robloxians can buy them, because the boats are expensive. RoCity only has one port, namely RoCity port. Some ships are parked there to deliver supplies to RoCity or export them to another port, while others are simply there for repairs. There is currently no ferry terminal in RoCity, as the airport rendered the ferries from mainland Robloxia to RoCity unprofitable.
Criticism
There has been a considerably large amount of RoCitizens who earn unrealistically large amounts of money that would otherwise take an extremely long time to earn legitimately. To prevent this, the mayor has also taken the liberty of creating taxes that would essentially “reset” a RoCitizen's money if the mayor finds out a RoCitizen has an unrealistically large amount of money.
