Festival Place, also known and corporately branded as Unimall Festival Place, is a two-story regional shopping center located in Santa Fe, Bloxburg Valley, Robloxia. The mall is owned and operated by the Unimall-Westbrick Company, which acquired the mall in Spring 2022 and subsequently changed its name to Unimall Festival Place. However, the mall is still commonly referred to as Festival Place. It is under the Unimall brand.
The mall is located by the San Juan Freeway in the City of Santa Fe, which is situated in Southeast Greater Bloxburg City. Festival Place was initially an independent shopping mall before it was acquired by the Unimall-Westbrick Company in Spring 2022, thus changing the malls' name to Unimall Festival Place.
Festival Place boasts five anchors, three of which are located inside the mall, namely Hecht's, Nordstrom, and JCPenny. The other two anchors, Best Buy and Zara, are located outside the mall. Best Buy used to be located in the shopping mall beside JCPenny on the upper floor before it became a standalone property in 2023. The mall also features a nine-screen cinema theater operated by Cinemark, which is located outside of the property across from Zara.
There are five entrances to Festival Place, two of which are located across from each other by the mall entrance of Nordstrom. The other entrance is located by Hecht's, while the lower floor includes two entrances by the Center Court and by JCPenny.

Hecht's is located on the west side of the mall and spans two floors. JCPenny is located on the east side of the mall and also occupies two floors. Nordstrom is located on the north side of the mall and has two floors on the upper level.
The lower floor of the shopping center includes anchors Hecht's and JCPenny and is connected to the upper floor via escalators at the Center Court. There are five major stores on this floor, namely H&M, the Apple Store, Forever 21, Gap, and a Marathon store.
The upper floor of the shopping center comprises anchors Hecht's, JCPenny, and Nordstrom and is home to the Food Court, which is titled Food Festival and is located by the Center Court. The upper floor of the mall is where Best Buy used to be before it closed down and was relocated outside of the mall. There are three major stores on this floor and several others, including Express & ExpressMen, WBOOKS, and Lululemon.
The surroundings of Festival Place consist of parking spaces that can accommodate to more than 1,000 cars, including accessible parking. Additionally, the area located by Best Buy, which is surrounded by parking spots and the entrance to the former store outside, is currently closed due to redevelopment, and the reopening date is unknown.
