Luther David White (born April 12, 1953) is a Robloxian politician and businessman, best known for his role in establishing New Driftwood County Railway in North Bloxifornia and taking part in numerous of significant infrastructure development projects in Robloxia. White is widely known to be a major figure in Driftwood County's political and economic development and has been involved in various projects aimed at improving the region’s transportation, industry, and public services. Other than his work with the railway, White has played a significant role in local governance, business projects, and historical preservations.

Luther David White was born on April 12, 1953 at South City, North Bloxifornia, and was raised there. White developed an early interest in transportation and regional planning. He pursued a career in business and politics, working with local industries and government officials to raise awareness on local challenges in the area. In the 1990s, he led the campaign to construct the New Driftwood County Railway, aiming to restore rail services in the area and support local industries.

Early life and education

Luther White was born on April 12, 1953, in South City, North Bloxifornia, into a working-class family. His father, Raymond White, was a railroad engineer who worked for the Driftwood County Railway before its closure in 1962, and his mother, Margaret White, was a schoolteacher in South City High School. Growing up in a household where the members highly valued transportation and education, White developed a strong connection for infrastructure and regional development from a young age. As a child, he frequently accompanied his father to railway yards and listened to stories about the county’s once-thriving timber and rail industries. The decline of the local railway made him desire to bring these back.

White attended South City High School, which his mother use to teach till 1964, where he was successful in history, economics, and public speaking. He was an active member of the student government and often participated in debates about local governance and economic policies. During White’s teenage years, he had a strong passion for regional development. He wrote articles in the school newspaper raising awareness of improved transportation networks. After graduating in 1971, he enrolled at North Bloxifornia Southern University (NBSU), where he pursued a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. During his time at NBSU, White became highly involved in student activism. In 1975, he completed his bachelors degree.
