Line 1 of the CenterConnect Rail system constitutes a 18.1 mile long rapid transit line in the cities of Pleiades and Centria.
As of 2025, it has 19 stations.
History
The line was originally the second planned for the system, but ended up being the first actually constructed when it opened in December 1978 after construction in begun in 1975. Because of delays with construction the line only opened on an initial 6 stations between Stantien Terminal in the city of Pleiades to CityGate North station in the CityGate North area of Centria. Eventually in 1980 the section that was supposed to open initially had opened, extending the line to Embassy Turnpike/Micro-Magnasco Station, with the opening of the new Mitrio Plaza station. In 1983, it was extended 3 more stations to CityGate South.
