Cirante Square-University Of Halson station is a at-grade subway station on CenterConnect Rail Line 1 located in Cirante Square, in the University City neighborhood of Pleiades. It gets its name from the nearby university. It is also the only station in the entire CenterConnect Rail system to have a at-grade crossing, which are at both ends of the square.

Station layout

The station is located in the median of the eponymous Cirante Square, which used to be in a rectangle with a park in the middle, but the park was torn up to make room for the station. To offset for this they donated money to open a university supported market on the square. There are two side platforms on either side of the tracks, with level crossings on the north and south sides. These crossings were originally controversial because university students nearby would have to cross them. To provide a safer way for pedestrians to cross over, a pedestrian bridge was constructed over the tracks.
