The map of Robloxia as of 2018 will be intensively referred to in this article. Be prepared.

The Robloxian Ice Age was the deadliest ice age ever recorded in Robloxian history that started like a whimper during January 2021, but by July 2024, it had started to become more like a bang. It was also the first ice age recorded by modern Robloxians. Initial forecasts called for the ice age to last for 2,391 years, with a temperature drop in the affected landmass of Robloxia in the order of 160 degrees Fahrenheit (90 degrees Centigrade) at its height, but due to climate change, the ice age simply ended in January 2029 as temperatures reached pre-industrial temperatures, with temperatures not fully recovering back to what climate change had predicted until mid-July 2032. In late 2030, a miniature sized Robloxian Ice Age occurred amidst the Furry War, with temperature drops only forecasted to be within 20 degrees Fahrenheit at its height, which rapidly ended on mid-July 2031.

Before:

Winter 2020-2021:

On early January 2021, abnormally warm water on the Telamon Sea was disrupting the stability of the Bloxarctic Ocean's jet stream near the northern pole of Roblox; as a result, the polar jet stream began to have a gap in it, which caused colder and denser air to sink into Bloxunavuit, then Bloxanitoba, and then the Kionne Republic. Another gap in the polar jet stream was responsible for decreasing Brookhaven temperatures to -114 degrees Fahrenheit at night and -94 degrees Fahrenheit by day. Temperatures reached as low as -70 degrees Fahrenheit in Madison Megalopolis after a daytime high of -50 degrees Fahrenheit, and in Brookhaven Peak, it became so cold that Brookhaven Peak not only broke the record for the coldest day and night on Robloxia, but also the coldest day and night on the entire planet of Roblox, and it was even recorded that sublimated carbon dioxide (common term: dry snow) fell on the summit of Brookhaven Peak. Temperatures were -146 degrees Fahrenheit in the day and -166 degrees Fahrenheit at night, respectively. For comparison, the previous records were -84 degrees Fahrenheit in Balaska, Robloxia, and -138.5 degrees Fahrenheit in Bloxartica. The cold wave unfortunately rapidly dissipated before it could reach other states because the cold and dense air was subsequently absorbed and equally partitioned by a series of low-pressure systems. This resulted in next day's temperatures suddenly increasing to normal temperatures by sunset.

Spring 2021:

Spring 2021 was normal.

Summer 2021:

Summer 2021 was normal.

Autumn 2021

During meteorological autumn 2021, the states of Northern and Southern Bloxifornia were experiencing weather comparable to a Bloxitarranean summer. Temperatures ranged from 54 degrees Fahrenheit at nighttime to 89 degrees Fahrenheit at daytime on average. The hottest daytime temperature during meteorological autumn 2021 was 113 degrees Fahrenheit, recorded during early November 2021, and nighttime temperatures did not drop below freezing. This was due to a large body of water within the Telamon Sea being warmed up to Bloxitarrean sea temperatures by oceanic currents in the Telamon Sea distributing parcels of overheated water.

Winter 2021-2022:

The Western Robloxia Progressive Derecho Convective System

By early December, the pattern had dramatically shifted. Due to the Telamon Sea being too warm, a severe rainstorm began to develop as meteorological convection increased as a result of the subsequent increase in lapse rates in the lower troposphere and in the upper troposphere, as well as convective available potential energy (CAPE) in both layers of troposphere. The severe rainstorm was now producing 1" hailstones and high wind speeds up to 60 miles per hour. A barometric pressure reading of 1004 millibars was recorded near the eye of the rainstorm. Several storm chasers in the Telamon Sea even reported the formation of rope-shaped funnel clouds, but fortunately, none touched down in the Telamon Sea. No thunder and lightning were fortunately reported, sparing the chasers from electrocution. Oddly, enough, the severe rainstorm was moving 5 miles per hour east, making this rainstorm easy to chase. Meanwhile, cellular formation has caused cells of the storm to form north and south of the original rainstorm, creating a progressive rain squall-like derecho and convective system that would never be classified as quasi-linear. This system first formed 2,400 miles west of the midpoint between Pacifico and Blackville, and forecasts initially called for a remote landfall and a rain blast near the stateline as the cell was the size of the metropolis of Pacifico. Unfortunately, as more cells formed in the next 20 days, it became clear that it was a progressive rain squall line.

On mid-December, the warm water on the Telamon Sea was even disrupting the stability of the Bloxarctic Ocean's jet stream near the northern pole of Roblox; as a result, the polar jet stream began to have a gap in it, which caused colder and denser air to sink into Bloxukon, Ro British Columbia, and Roregon. The seas of the Telamon Sea were also cooled back to normal, but the abnormally high temperatures remained after daytime temperatures briefly dipped into 83 degrees Fahrenheit and nighttime temperatures briefly went to 48 degrees Fahrenheit before bouncing back. The hottest temperature during mid-December in the Bloxifornias was 107 degrees Fahrenheit, recorded on sunset of December 20, 2021. Due to the cold water, the squall line weakened in wind speeds, and convective activity was reduced due to fact temperatures never reached convective temperatures required to form funnel clouds or other associated convective activity.

On December 21, 2021, a second parcel of colder and denser air than the first parcel of air moved south as the squall line finally made landfall on the coast of Pacifico, and Blackville. Many Robloxian residents in the states of Southern Bloxifornia and Southern Bloxifornia woke up to a blizzard outside. Street poles were iced, and roofs had icicles. Firefighters were unable to put out fires due to frozen water mains. The blizzard became known as one of the deadliest Robloxian disasters of the decade. Temperatures sharply dropped 22 degrees Fahrenheit as the squall line entered and the cold air intruded to 32 degrees Fahrenheit, then fell by an additional 41 degrees to -9 degrees Fahrenheit to sunset, when the squall line finally passed. At night, temperatures reached -29 degrees Fahrenheit as a result of nocturnal cooling as of the next sunrise. This temperature difference of -136 degrees Fahrenheit over approximately a timespan of 36 hours was considered to be the fastest temperature transition in 36 hours, rivaling even that of blue northers.

From December 22, 5:14 AM to December 27, convection started to occur to due to diurnal heating and the squall entering relatively warmer areas, and as the squall line progressed forward, it turned into a regular squall line with rain, thunderstorms, severe thunderstorms, funnel clouds, and even tornadoes. Diurnal heating was so sufficient that seven tornadoes touched down. They all struck Robloxity County in the region of Western Robloxia, destroying the county completely. There were 59,466 deaths and 115,159 injuries, making this the deadliest tornado outbreak in Robloxian history. On December 25th, 2021, a third parcel of cold and dense air arrived at the city, bringing temperatures down to 11 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Fahrenheit drop from the previous day), as well as creating snow, thundersnow, and severe thundersnow. Fortunately, it was too cold for funnel clouds and tornadoes to form due to convective temperatures being relatively high that day, but apparently, Robloxians did not care since it was a picturesque White Christmas, complete with the Robloxity Snowman.

At 7:27 AM on December 28, 2021, a fourth parcel of cold and dense air entered the upper troposphere of extreme Western Robloxia, creating oversaturated lapse rates. As a result, the squall line turned into a series of cells with hail cores so powerful that reflectivity was relatively difficult to measure, but meteorologists predicted it was somewhere upwards of 85 dBz, the highest possible reflectivity that a radar dish can calculate. Hail diameters reached an estimated 8.6 inches (bowling-ball-sized) at the peak of the hail cores. Those hailstorms killed 159 people and injured 815, as well as decimating vehicles made out of iron ingots. Everywhere had minor damages, surprisingly. As lapse rates became more saturated, hail began to become smaller. As the squall line exitted the geographic region of Western Robloxia, a lack of wind shear tore the squall line apart as the hodographs became less hook-shaped, and the squall line dissipated.

Fears (2022)

In January 2022, Robloxian scientists feared the next step would be a super-storm triggered ice age. On January 6, 2022, Brookhaven Peak erupted, with minimal effects to the Robloxian climate. Temperatures only declined by 0.1 to 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit, which is nothing relative to what will occur next. Their fears appeared to disappear as 2022 Robloxian Heatwave appeared. In February 2022, when the Robloxian civilization noticed that global warming had abruptly stopped despite rising greenhouse gas emissions. In March 2022, even more alarming news came that the warm currents that had made some cities in Robloxia warmer than others of the same latitude had suddenly been halted by the rise of cold currents. Eventually, climate scientists began to publish a journal article called "The Robloxian Ice Age could occur in the 2020s", but during a peer review session with climate scientists, the journal article was proofread to read "Robloxian Ice Age is fake."

In December 2022, Robloxian meteorologists and scientists watched the poles of Robloxia for any storm gatherings because they were so scared by the journal article's predictions of an interglacial period.

It might not happen after all... (2023)

On January 15th, 2023, after 15 days of extremely cautious watching, both scientists and meteorologists were relieved that storm activity in the poles of Robloxia were surprisingly calm and serene and not as chaotic as the journal article predicted. This led to the Robloxian ice age theory being called "belongs to the fridge" [sic, pun maybe intended].

Every Robloxian was fooled by the journal scientist's fringe document. On January 24, 2023, Robloxians were told by the journal scientist to evacuate to an equatorial band in Roblox, where it is forecasted that the coming cold would not strike here. They ignored the journal scientist.

On January 26, 2023, the scientist finally called it quits and wrote a hypothetical encyclopedia article, predicting that the superstorms from the poles will develop hurricane-like manifestations and will dissipate on February 5, 2023. It also predicted that once the storms have dissipated, every landmass in Roblox with the exception of the equatorial area will have average temperatures far below freezing and were covered in a mixture of glaciers and snowdrifts. In 2160, temperatures on the planet were on average to be predicted to be 100 degrees Fahrenheit below normal, and the ice age was at 63% strength. Meanwhile, the population of Roblox is predicted to have plummeted 70%. In 2957, only 50,000 Robloxians were predicted to be left and the Robloxian species is predicted to be at brink of extinction. In 3778, only ten Robloxians were predicted to be left. The encyclopedia article even predicted that five male and five female would survive. Meanwhile, the scientist predicted that in 4414, temperatures would recover, but at the cost of forming new lakes on what used to be the civilization of Roblox. He even went on the predict that a selected two Robloxians to restore the population of Roblox by using a powerful admin command.

Or can it? (2024)

Spring 2024

Eruption of Brookhaven Peak

Main article: 2024 Brookhaven Peak Eruption

On June 16, 2024, Brookhaven Peak erupted for the first time since 2022. It erupted as a VEI 8 volcano. The ash cloud emitted from the volcano extended globally. Meanwhile, the volcano transformed into a shorter caldera of 20,299 feet tall, but still was a mountain. Because of the ash cloud, temperatures in Robloxia started to plummet away from their 30-year climatological averages and norms gradually.

Summer 2024: The Ice Age begins.

June-July 2024 Big Plains Heat Wave

The June-July 2024 Big Plains Heat Wave was notable as it was the last heat wave until January 2029. A dome of high barometric pressure, approximately 1030 millibars if the dome was at sea level, appeared at a normal altitude of 20,300 feet at full strength on late June and remained over the Big Plains until mid-July. The jet stream, tending to follow the Roblox Sun simply because it is summer, moved the dome slowly eastward. At Brookhaven Peak, temperatures were recorded to be on average 6 degrees Fahrenheit above seasonal norms. The average temperature recorded on the summit was a moderate 52 degrees Fahrenheit during the heatwave, which caused large amounts of glacial ice and snow to thaw, receding the peak's renowned glacial areas. Overnight, temperatures never reached freezing on the summit. In contrast, Madison Megalopolis, 20,300 feet below, saw temperatures recorded to be on average 10 degrees Fahrenheit above seasonal averages. Temperatures were reaching on average, a severely hot 128 degrees Fahrenheit (53.1 degrees Celsius) during the daytime, and severely hot nighttime temperatures reaching 111 degrees Fahrenheit (44.1 degrees Celsius) failed to provide sufficient relief from the severe heat in many Robloxians. Heatstroke cases skyrocketed as Robloxians developed heat fatigue. Power lines and water pipes, which were retrofitted to handle severe Madison Megalopolitan heat, continued to operate as usual, even as the former did not work due to the city having no mayor. The drought and the water crisis in the Big Plains started to materialize as lakes started to be evaporated and emptied of their contents. The area was still habitable at the end of the heat wave and so nobody even migrated out. However, due to the fact many Robloxians squandered excessive amounts of water to cool themselves down during the heatwave, Lake Madison completely dried out on July 1st, 2024, and the waterfall has been dry, even though the lake and waterfall themselves are man-made by the owner of Hidden Estate.

July 2024 Lake Madison Campground Wildfire Complex

The lack of potable water to put out the wildfire complex, as well as alarmingly above-normal temperatures created by the intensive heat wave, gradually diminishing humidity due to the lack of the lake and waterfall, and gradually increasing diurnal temperature differences, led to the campfires on Lake Madison to start spreading out of control like a Bloxburg Valley wildfire, resulting in institutional white smoke and carbon monoxide polluting the Madison Megalopolis and worsening the air quality with particulate matter smaller than 2.5 micrometers. Air quality indices skyrocketed tremendously. Wildfire complexes were legendarily rare and unheard of in the Big Plains, which baffled many Robloxians as the first updates of a wildfire complex became mainstream in Big Plains news media. Compounded from the volcanic ash cloud, air quality was so worse that Robloxians contracted headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, nausea, shortness of breath, and worse fatigue just by inhaling the air for a prolonged period of time. The poison centers in Madison Megalopolis would be overloaded with telephone calls. With no indication of an amelioration in sight, the wildfire would continue expanding, and eventually, evacuation orders were issued for where the wildfire would strike next, based on the wind velocity. However, long-term forecasts started to predict that a low-pressure system from Northern Bloxanitoba would move south, with uncertainty on the forecasted models whether it would be accompanied with a progressive derecho or a linear convective system. Worst of all, the most pessimistic models saw that the low-pressure system would mostly turn to a virga event, or a dry thunderstorm outbreak, or a dry severe thunderstorm outbreak. On July 9, 2024, the models forecasted were unable to rule out a progressive southward moving derecho created by a surrounding low-pressure system, and it could materialize in Bloxanitoba at full intensity as early as July 10, 2024, and it is likely that it would also bring colder temperatures, ending the heat wave.

July 2024 Madison Megalopolis Bomb Cyclone:

Day 1:

The Madison Megalopolis Bomb Cyclone was a devastating bomb cyclone that formed on July 10, 2024, in the city of Rolena, near the capital of Rolena Falls. It immediately tracked towards Southern Bloxtana, Northern Kionne Republic, and Southern Kionne Republic, including Madison Megalopolis, at a speed of 65 miles per hour. It was notable for its immediate explosive intensification and its exhibition of bomb-like cyclogenesis, as the barometric pressure in the center of the system dropped by 60 millibars within the next 24 hours, eventually reaching a peak intensity of 953.8 millibars on July 11, 2024. Within two hours of formation, the bomb cyclone caught the awareness of the Robloxia Weather Service in Rolena, Bloxtana, with their station forecasting sustained winds up to 110 to 120 miles per hour (i.e. low-end Category 3 hurricane strength) for at least two, but at most twelve hours, with isolated gusts of 220 to 225 miles per hour. Immediately, the Robloxia Weather Service in Rolena, Bloxtana issued its first Major Hurricane Force Wind Warning, possibly the first in all of Robloxia, due to the possibility of frequent major hurricane (Category 3) force winds. Also, due to Madison Megalopolis's location in the Big Plains, there was measurable and significant severe convection and precipitation on the system, meaning that the wildfire complex aforementioned in this article has been extinguished. Subsequently, the waterfall and Lake Madison were replenished with rainwater and Brookhaven Peak regained its snow cover which had been lost temporarily by the June-July 2024 Big Plains Heat Wave. However, the incessant rain kept on pouring, and eventually, inland flooding started to occur. Hidden Estate started to become literally hidden as inland floodwaters submerged the estate. Fortunately, the estate proprietors have made plans to evacuate to a safer location, but unfortunately, as the floodwaters abated, the entire estate was destroyed beyond repair.

Due to elevated levels of convective activity in the atmosphere, severely devastating thunderstorms were able to form effortlessly. One severe thunderstorm even packed straight-line winds of 81 miles per hour, with gusts up to 163 miles per hour. Combined with the wind shear and abundance of water vapor in the atmosphere, most severely devastating thunderstorms commenced to convert into mesocyclones, which later formed wedge-shaped funnels and later tornadoes. A total of 88 tornadoes formed in one day on the periphery of the bomb cyclone, and the outbreak only impacted Bloxtana and Kionne Republic. For the first time in recorded Robloxian history, an outbreak would not include any tornadoes that were less than 105 miles per hour as recorded by Doppler on Wheels trucks. There also was a 30% chance of significant tornadoes forecasted for this day by the Robloxian Storm Prediction Center (RSPC). There were even speculative and mentally damaging rumors that a 655 miles per hour tornado was formed during the outbreak, but due to the fact most tornadoes beyond 290 miles per hour can theoretically destroy anything, even Doppler on Wheels radar dishes, it is likely the measurement was made with a considerably significant margin of error that was way beyond the tolerable range. This outbreak caused the RSPC to consider investing in Doppler on Wheels truck retrofitting technology. The strongest tornado as verified by surviving Doppler on Wheels trucks that actually worked as intended was 328 miles per hour. Soundings revealed that at the peak of the storm, convective available potential energy was possibly reaching a range between 5,000-20,000 J kg-1,, which, if the upper bound ever gets substantiated by a second or multiple soundings, could break the record for the most convective day in Robloxian history.

14 hours into the storm, a cold pool is in the process of being created in the wake of intense convective activity. Temperatures rapidly dropped below convective temperatures.

Day 2:

The next morning, as winds and convective activity calmed and wind shear ceased as the system barreled and dissipated as it went to Northern Bloxorado, Madison Megalopolis woke up to 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22.2 degrees Celsius), with a forecasted high of 84 degrees Fahrenheit (28.9 degrees Celsius), which is 30 degrees Fahrenheit below seasonal norms. It felt more like mid-February (or mid-November) in Madison Megalopolis. Cold air started to spill over to adjacent bordering states, with nearby state temperatures reaching temperatures up to 6 degrees Fahrenheit below normal.

Climatologists break the ice (age):

On late July 2024, Roblox's leading climatological experts have published a climatological report to the general Robloxian public, alarming them that climate models are currently projecting a fleeting yet intensive interglacial period in Roblox to occur in the next five years due to the presence of the volcanic ash potentially increasing the albedo of the Roblox planet as sunlight gets absorbed by the volcanic ash clouds. Robloxians are advised to stock and bundle up on warming goods and essentials, as well as food that does not rely on full sunlight, but rather partial sunlight. This has resulted in lootings without an accompanying riot in every Robloxian store, and apocalypse-preparation-grade essential and food buckets started to sell like Robloxian hotcakes. Those buckets would contain food that would not perish for at least 25 years and essentials to help Robloxians deal with symptoms of being exposed to the cold for a prolongated period of time. The Robloxians who were unfortunate to afford heating solutions or those who cannot find heating solutions had heavily distorted impacts. Meanwhile, Robloxians were allocating more money for heating bills and costs, usually by reducing their cooling bills and costs. Homeless Robloxians and those with home insecurity were swept up and relocated to homeless shelters with ample heating, and more homeless shelters started to be built in Roblox in anticipation that the number of homeless Robloxians and home insecure Robloxians could easily overload the present homeless shelter configuration. Overall, it was pandemonium for the next 10 days.

Beginning on July 26, several stores have been reporting localized shortages and empty shelves in places where survival food was to be. Other stores started to price gouge, inflating the prices of survival goods in an attempt to reduce demand and to create an equilibrium with supply and demand, and some stores started to restrict demand by limiting Robloxians to one bucket each and telling them they can put any additional food and essentials in the bucket. Unfortunately, the store policies were not enforced, and this led to a peaceful riot (i.e. many Robloxians were using a loophole saying that every time they enter the store without a bucket, they get one bucket; therefore, if they enter the store many times, they can get as much buckets as they want). The riot only got chaotic when stores started to state that they have the right to view vehicle cargoes. The procedure is as follows: After check-out, a Robloxian must be accompanied with a store member to their vehicle, where a cargo check would be performed to see if the Robloxian is smuggling more than one bucket. If so, they will be asked to return the buckets to the store. This draconian and dystopian practice of cargo checks have led to protests calling for "My Cargo My Choice", and a counter-protest "Stop the Bro from Getting More Buckets". In fact, some stores have even become battlegrounds for civilian conflicts between the protesters and counter-protesters. Police and law enforcement were useless to stop them, and the Robloxian National Guard was getting overloaded with calls from police. The Robloxian National Guard tried to meditate the conflicts peacefully, but soon after, one Robloxian anarchist shot the Robloxian National Guard leader and all of his succession, arguing that it is their fault Robloxia is a fascist country. The anarchist was later caught by the Robloxian Bureau of Intelligence for the murder of the national official and sent to a chamber, which was later filled to the brim with a gas-like halogen, sufficiently killing the anarchist. The RBI later announced that they will be looking for a new leader of the Robloxian National Guard in a confidential memorandum.

On July 31, 2024, riots stopped after the rioters of the stores received a restraining order by the RBI, preventing them from ever entering any store. This may have stopped them, but they got the pans later and they started to handle the pans. This led to the Great Panhandling, during which a majority of Robloxians were victimized by at least one aggressive panhandler.

During:

August 2024

On August 2024, buoys in the Northern Bloxington Ocean started to record a concerning ocean temperature decline after cold fresh water from the melting ice and glacial caps in the countries of Northern Bloxington Ocean started to make its way to the Gulf Stream, disrupting the normal flow of the thermohaline current. As the thermohaline current sank due to cold fresh water floating on top, temperatures in both sides of the Northern Bloxington, namely the East Coast of Robloxia and Western Eurobloxia started to plummet. All of a sudden, Western Eurobloxia, and in particular, Ro London, became as cold as Southern Bloxanada. Meanwhile, temperatures were 10 degrees Celsius (18 degrees Fahrenheit) below normal in the East Coast of Robloxia. In inland states of the East Coast of Robloxia, temperature anomalies were more severe. Waters were already as cold as they were on early June on an average year, according to the 1991-2020 climate norms.

Soon after, the Robloxian Hurricane Center, which had predicted a normal hurricane season for the 2024 Bloxington Ocean Hurricane Season, unprecedently revised their predictions into the hurricane season, calling for a below normal hurricane season in terms of activity. In fact, the oceans were cooling so rapidly that revisions had to be frequent in nature. Eventually, by late August, revisions predicted that the Robloxia Hurricane Season would be the weakest since 1914, with forecasts calling for one or two tropical storms, no hurricanes, and no major hurricanes.

Meanwhile, in the Telamon Sea, the Robloxian Hurricane Center had forecasted that the 2024 Eastern Telamon Sea Hurricane Season would be, along with the 2024 Central Telamon Sea Hurricane Season, the first ever hurricane season on a basin that would have no tropical activity. Also, the Bloxburg Valley current, which helps make the West Coast of Robloxia colder than most cities on the East Coast of Robloxia of the same latitude colder and warmer, explosively intensified, causing temperatures in the West Coast of Robloxia to drop 10 degrees Celsius (18 degrees Fahrenheit) below normal. On this month, Bloxburg never recorded a high above 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Centigrade) and a low above 30 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 degrees Centigrade) as breezes from both the Eastern Telamon Sea and Woodland Hills compounded to form a cooling effect that was equivalent to 20 degrees Celsius (36 degrees Fahrenheit below normal). San Juan broke their all-time August low temperature record of 51 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees Celsius), reaching as low as 45 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Centigrade) in late August. San Bloxington recorded a night of 45 degrees Fahrenheit, just shy of their all-time August low temperature record of 44 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Celsius). Sacramento also broke their all-time August low temperature record of 53 degrees Fahrenheit (12 degrees Celsius), reaching as low as 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, Ro Portland, Bloxeattle, Fish City, and Island Town were reporting similar temperature drops. Meanwhile, precipitation reminiscent of October levels started to materialize.

Also, completely uncorrelated with the recent events, but The 2024 Eruption of Mount Bloxan begun. It was the second VEI 8 eruption to occur in the North Bloxmerican continental landmass in recorded Robloxian history.

Autumn 2024: The Robloxian Ice Age rears its ugly head

September 2024

In September 2024, the Gulf Stream, or whatever remained of it, suddenly was replaced by a cold fresh-water current that was floating, resulting in Western Eurobloxia becoming even colder than Southern Bloxanada. In some cases, icebergs appeared on the Gulf Stream. Fortunately, every ship that was in the Gulf Stream had captains who knew what happened to the Roblox Titanic on the fateful April 14, 1912, night and strove to not repeat this disaster. Temperature anomalies deepened to 20 degrees Centigrade (36 degrees Fahrenheit) in coastal areas in the Robloxian East Coast, and inland areas cooled even more considerably.

However, waters were warmer outside of the current, reaching to the equivalent of June norms, which is below average for this time of year. Despite this, the Robloxia Hurricane Center was surprised to see that a tropical storm formed in the waters. It was promptly named Tropical Storm Alberto, which formed on September 11, 2024. An invest formed on September 15, 2024, but failed to gain tropical cyclone-like circulation before intensive wind shear and a parcel of cold water tore the circulation apart. San Juan broke their all-time September low temperature record of 38 degrees Fahrenheit (3 degrees Celsius), reaching as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit (2 degrees Centigrade) in late September. San Bloxington recorded a night of 35 degrees Fahrenheit, breaking their all-time September low temperature record of 39 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius). Sacramento also broke their all-time September low temperature record of 39 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius), reaching as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, Ro Portland, Bloxeattle, Fish City, and Island Town were reporting similar temperature drops. Meanwhile, precipitation reminiscent of November levels started to materialize.

By the time it was meteorological autumn, more parcels of cold water started to head southward into the Gulf Stream, feeding the coldness of the fresh water of the current and causing even colder temperatures to materialize on both sides of the Northern Bloxington coastlines. However, the Robloxian Ice Age has not yet lost its power grip on regulating the temperature of the Roblox world, and by October, it would get much worse than any forecasted model during this month.

October 2024

In October 2024, while the Gulf Stream was still getting colder and more densely populated by icebergs than by ships, the Northern Bloxington Ocean started to close down to marine traffic similar to how Balaska is closed to marine traffic on non-cruise months. Meanwhile, the regions and countries of Robloxian East Coast, Western Eurobloxia, and Bloxia Kingdom, in particular, Ro London, cooled down even further. Meanwhile, in the Bloxburg Valley current, Robloxians spotted a record-breaking very large iceberg, about 169 meters tall and 845 meters long, as south as Bloxanada, with a record low interior temperature. Other iceberg sightings included large icebergs as south as Bloxeattle, medium icebergs as south as Roregon and the Bloxifornias, small icebergs in Bloxburg Valley, bergy bits as south as Baja Bloxburg Valley, and growlers as south as Cabo San Bloxas. The very large iceberg was stowed and donated to the city of Bricktoria in Ro British Columbia primarily as a gift, but climatologists interpreted the gift as a curse and a warning sign that the climate is still getting colder in Robloxia, while small icebergs were stowed to the city of Sacramento and growlers were stowed to the city of Cabo San Bloxas. Astonishingly, climatologists spotted that a glacier and ice shelf was starting to form in Bloxanada and is calving rapidly not due to any warming cause. The Roblox Ice Patrol was called to send in their icebreakers to verify the size of the very large iceberg. Fortunately, the size has been verified as genuine, and the icebreakers were tasked to break the ice. Unfortunately, the icebreakers, when trying collaboratively to break the ice, ended up sinking as the very large iceberg crashed into them. As a result, the Roblox Ice Patrol began accepting nomenclatural requests from citizens around the Roblox planet to name the next iceberg category for icebergs that are bigger than 105 meters tall and 304 meters long.

October 9-10, 2024, Southern Bloxburg Valley Snow

Meanwhile, the first precipitation bands accompanied with severely cold frontal passages started to emerge in the West Coast of Robloxia. On October 9th, temperatures on San Juan reached -2 degrees Fahrenheit (-19 degrees Centigrade) as a precipitation band swept through, decreasing the temperature from a daytime high of 60 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Centigrade) that day, while concurrently breaking the record for the coldest October day in the city's recorded meteorological history. Sacramento and San Bloxington recorded similar daytime high and similar nighttime lows, but there was no wintry precipitation other than scattered white-colored stratus clouds.

The precipitation band in question was created when a low-pressure system and an accompanying severe cold front both tapped into a weak atmospheric river that impacted Southern Bloxburg Valley on October 9 and 10. Late on October 9, scattered snow showers began to move into Carmen County and bordering counties, dropping generally light snow. In the late morning of October 10, heavier snow moved to bordering counties, developing into a slow-moving blob of moderate to heavy snowfall. At the same time, widespread light and moderate snow developed over Carmen County. By 11am, the snow had become heavier and much more widespread, with most areas seeing snow rates between 0.295858 and 0.532544 inches an hour. Small snow drifting was reported in a city in Carmen County. Moderate to heavy snow continued until around 2pm. After that, scattered snow showers continued. At around 8:30pm, several intense, isolated thundersnow moved through three cities in Carmen County, leading to very heavy snowfall and intense winds. After 10pm, almost all snow showery activity had ceased.

Due to the snow showery nature of the storm, snowfall was locally higher, though most places averaged between 0.887574 inches and 1.183 inches. The highest total was 2 inches at Bloxburg. Other high totals in the non-mountainous areas of Carmen County included 1.79882 inches in Santa Fe, Bloxburg Valley; 1.92899 inches in Ensenada, Bloxburg Valley; 1.5503 inches in Santiago, Bloxburg Valley; 1.63314 inches in North Port, Bloxburg Valley; and 1.5503 inches in South Port, Bloxburg Valley.

Snow levels stayed mostly above, sea level, causing snow to accumulate in the mountains. 2.67456 inches fell in one mountain, 3.21893 inches fell on another mountain, 1.79882 inches fell in another mountain, 2.35503 inches fell in another mountain, and 1.90533 inches fell on another mountain. In nearby mountains, snow fell in similar amounts, with 1.81065 inches in a mountain, 2.05917 inches on the Santa Rosa Plateau, 2.74556 inches in another mountain, 2.3249 inches in another mountain, 2.65089 inches in another mountain, and 2.18935 inches at the west end of another mountain.

Because of snow being a very rare phenomenon in Bloxburg's watershed from September to November, schools in Carmen County decided to close, with some school districts opting to take temporarily instruction online, web-based, and remote for the day. This failed to persuade a ten-year-old Robloxian sister to start a sabotage of Carmen County's snow ploughs and extend the fun for another day. However, snow ploughs cleared the snow in one day.

Winter Storm Alexandra (Winter Storm Nettie)

Winter Storm Alexandra, also locally known as Winter Storm Nettie by Southern Bloxburg Valley citizens and Winter Storm Nicked1337 by chikorita152e, was the first named winter storm in the 2024-2025 Robloxia Winter Storm Season.

SNOWED IN FOR 24 HOURS! Bloxburg Family Roleplay

Here is a video of how Amberry tried to survive Winter Storm Alexandra.

On October 24, a low pressure (approximately 1001 millibars) system accompanied with a cold front moved into Bloxburg Valley, in particular, Bloxburg, opening the winter storm door for the first time since the last measurable snowfall was on early March of this year. This marked the earliest opening of the winter storm door, as the winter storm door normally is opened on late November. The arrival of Alexandra was accompanied by a large band of moderate snow that moved into the coast of Bloxburg Valley, and the low-pressure system brought 60 miles per hour winds, as well as snowed in conditions expected for elevations above sea level. Total snow accumulations in Southern Bloxburg Valley were initially forecasted to be between 4 and 16 feet from 0 feet to 1000 feet, between 17 and 35 feet from 1000 feet to 2000 feet, and up to 47 feet above 2000 feet. Winds were forecasted to be 70 miles per hour, strong enough to knock out power. The forecasted impacts included the severe difficulty driving over Historic Downtown Bloxburg and its adjacent areas. Dangerous backcountry conditions were forecasted to exist, especially for those recreating in the high country due to reduced visibility and raw conditions. Meanwhile, Robloxians went to stores to stock up on extra flashlights, food, and water in their vehicles in case of an emergency and browsed the latest road conditions can be obtained by visiting the Bloxburg Valley travel website. Unfortunately, the Bloxburg Valley travel website was unable to handle the massive strain on the server units, and therefore crashed, bringing the entire travel website down. This caused many Robloxians to dial 511, which created localized 511 telephone outages and eventually a 511-telephone blackout.

Winter Storm Alexandra in 2024

Winter Storm Alexandra in 2024. Key: Winter Storm Warning ,Winter Weather Advisory

Eventually, the band reached land, with its strength relatively unscathed. Almost all of Alexandra's snowfall came from this first band. The following days, very spotty snow showers continued across the state of Bloxburg Valley, including a few isolated heavy snow showers and thundersnow. One such storm produced a rope-shaped funnel cloud, which fortunately never touched down, creating a localized disappointment from localized storm chasers from the area. Snowfall was much higher than initially forecasted in the mountains. By the evening of October 26, the snow showers had moved out of Bloxburg Valley.

Snowfall was light to moderate across the non-mountainous areas of Carmen County. There was an isolated 48 inches in the Historic Downtown Bloxburg district. High totals included 103 inches in one city of Carmen County, 10 feet in another, 71 inches in another, and 88 inches in another. A weather forecasting center recorded 77 inches.

Along the coastal regions of other Southern Bloxburg Valley counties, snowfall was heaviest in Riverside and San Bernando Counties. 56 inches fell in a city of Riverside County, 93 inches in a city of San Bernando County, 29 feet in a city of Riverside County, and 11.2 feet at an international airport in Riverside County. In Claire County, snowfall was significantly less, with almost every station seeing less than 40 inches of precipitation. In Aires County, a county in Northern Bloxburg Valley, snowfall was more than Claire County's snowfall, with almost every station seeing less than 71 inches of precipitation but more than 40 inches of precipitation.

In the mountains of Southern Bloxburg Valley counties, snowfall was heavier. 85 feet fell in a city in the mountainous areas of Carmen County and 154 feet fell at a mountain in Carmen County. In the mountains of other counties, 213 feet fell in a city in the mountainous areas of Riverside County, and 152 feet fell in another mountain in Carmen County.

In Northern Bloxburg Valley, which was under a winter weather advisory rather than a full-blown winter storm warning, snowfall was lighter. In San Bloxington, 30.1 inches of snow fell; In Sacramento, 27.8 inches of snow fell; In Murtlegand, 28 inches of snow fell; In Buenos Lagos, 38 inches of snow fell; In Old Town Lake, temperatures dropped 46 degrees Fahrenheit to -4 degrees Fahrenheit and 65 inches of snow fell; In Freno, 46 inches of snow fell; and in Tudela, 45 inches of snow fell. In Old Town Lake, it felt like -38.9 degrees Fahrenheit.

Because of snow being a very rare phenomenon in Bloxburg Valley's watershed from September to November, schools in Bloxburg Valley decided to close, with some school districts opting to take temporarily instruction online, web-based, and remote for the day. Snowplows worked for 7 full days to clear the snow on Sacramento, and 15 full days to clear the snow on Historic Downtown Bloxburg. Because the snowplows were still on the roads on November, the government of Bloxburg Valley was planning on inventing a new type of snowplow that uses snow as fuel. The patent was approved on November 1, 2024, and immediately, production of snow-powered snowflows began to operate on well-heated factories underground and buried in the snow. On the sixteenth day, snowplows were mustered and delayed again as another winter storm finally made landfall. In the end, while isolated land parcels of Northern Bloxburg Valley were no longer snowed in, in Southern Bloxburg Valley, life was significantly disrupted.

The winter storm was known as two local names: Winter Storm Nettie in Southern Bloxburg Valley and (originally) Winter Storm Nicked1337 in Northern Bloxburg Valley. The reason why it was named Winter Storm Nettie in Southern Bloxburg Valley is simply because it was rumored that a ten-year-old Robloxian sister named Nettie Brandeston was a prodigiously and precociously gifted and talented meteorologist who was secretly working with Robloxian terrorist organizations to seed white-colored stratus clouds on the atmosphere using trace amounts of silver iodide in an attempt to increase the frequency of snow days on Robloxia. Since cloud seeding technology was relatively novel, with no ethical implications of cloud seeding ever acknowledged by the United Roblox Countries or any large governing body as a whole, Nettie Brandeston was able to get away with it. This led to the Robloxian Bureau of Intelligence, believing there is actual substantial speculation on the rumor, to place on Nettie Brandeston on their watchlist, charging her for the equivalent of a domestic war crime, as well as localized protests calling for the illegalization of cloud seeding technologies worldwide. The reason why it is named Winter Storm Nicked1337 is because of trivial reasons. Unfortunately, the name Nicked1337 was retired promptly by the Robloxia Weather Channel, citing that the name not only was hard to pronounce on televised media, but the user in question rang a telephone during a segment of the winter storm broadcast and told Robloxia Weather Channel to cease using his name to nickname a devastating winter storm. Therefore, this winter storm was hereafter only known as Winter Storm Alexandra in Northern Bloxburg Valley.

November 2024

In November 2024, the Northern Gulf Stream was doing the unthinkable. It was starting to freeze up for the winter. Meanwhile, the regions and countries of Robloxian East Coast, Western Eurobloxia, and Bloxia Kingdom, in particular, Ro London, cooled down even further. Meanwhile, in the Bloxburg Valley current, more very large icebergs started to appear on Bloxeattle, large icebergs as south as Roregon and the Bloxifornias, medium icebergs in Bloxburg Valley, small icebergs as south as Baja Bloxburg Valley, and bergy bits as south as Cabo San Bloxas. Even the equatorial regions of Robloxia were reporting trace amounts of growlers. Meanwhile, the glacier that started forming in Bloxanada moved south, and is near the Robloxia-Bloxanada border. Border patrols hired by the Roblox Ice Patrol were temporarily stationed to guard the border and prevent their border patrol checkpoints from being obliterated by the encroaching ice. The Roblox Ice Patrol decided to settle on "Growlerzilla" as a category name, as a nod to the kaiju Godzilla and the name "growler".

Winter Storm Bach and Carlie (November 9 - November 10)

Winter Storm Bach:

The Sacramento Bay Area

The Sacramento Bay Area

Winter Storm Bach and Carlie are the second, and third, respectively, named winter storms in the 2024-2025 Robloxia Winter Storm Season. Unlike Winter Storm Alexandra, Winter Storm Bach made landfall and directly impacted the Sacramento Bay Area, where as Winter Storm Carlie was a legendarily rare winter storm. It was legendarily rare as storm motion (according to compass bearings) was oscillating in between 310 and 320 degrees throughout its entire lifespan.

Winter Storm Bach was created when first precipitation bands accompanied with extremely cold frontal passages started to emerge in the West Coast of Robloxia. On November 9th, temperatures on San Bloxington reached -23 degrees Fahrenheit (-31 degrees Centigrade) as a precipitation band swept through, decreasing the temperature from a daytime high of 54 degrees Fahrenheit (12 degrees Centigrade) that day, while concurrently breaking the record for the coldest November day in the city's recorded meteorological history. Sacramento recorded -25 degrees Fahrenheit (-32 degrees Centigrade). Overall, the Sacramento Bay Area saw temperatures reach low -20s Fahrenheit in the Santa Clarax County area and mid -20s Fahrenheit in the Sacramento County area. For the first time in recorded Sacramento Bay Area meteorological history, temperatures would never reach more than -20 degrees Fahrenheit (-29 degrees Centigrade) in the day.

Soon after, a low-pressure system (to be esoterically specific, a 917 millibar low, tantamount to a Category 5 hurricane) tapped into an atmospheric river and precipitation band. Early on November 9, a powerful train of very heavy snow began impacting the Sacramento Bay Area, slowly moving southeast. Winds reached 157 miles per hour, with gusts up to 200 miles per hour recorded. As such, the Robloxia Weather Service in Sacramento, Bloxburg Valley, issued its first Major Hurricane Force Wind Warning, possibly the second in recorded Robloxia Weather Service history. The forecasted impacts included the extreme difficulty driving over Sacramento Bay Area and its adjacent areas. This caused many Robloxians to dial 511, which created localized 511 telephone outages and eventually a 511 telephone blackout.

By the afternoon of November 9, the snow, while lighter but heavy, had spread into counties to the southeast of the Sacramento Bay Area, continuing to dump snow at rates up to 33.8 inches per hour. However, as the low-pressure system moved deeper into Bloxburg Valley, it began moving the band of heavy snow faster. Late on November 9, the storms moved faster southeast, and particularly very heavy snow targeted the southeastern border of the Sacramento Bay Area. Temperatures in the Sacramento Bay Area further plunged into extreme coldness, all the way to unearthly coldness.

In the early morning hours of November 10, the band of heavy snow moved into land outside of the Sacramento Bay Area. By 5:45am, the line of heavy snow underwent a splitting phenomenon, creating Winter Storm Carlie, which moved northwest outside of the Sacramento Bay Area, bringing heavy snow. By 6:00am, temperatures in the Sacramento Bay Area had plunged like a Robloxian doing the Polar Bear Plunge, effectively leading to some Robloxian meteorologists predicting that this winter could be the toughest winter ever recorded in contemporary Robloxia history. To be esoterically specific, temperatures bottomed out at -63 degrees Fahrenheit (-53 degrees Centigrade) in Sacramento and -61 degrees Fahrenheit (-52 degrees Centigrade) in San Bloxington. In the Sacramento Bay Area, Robloxians woke up to temperatures that were in the high -60s degrees Fahrenheit. As early morning turned into morning, both winter storms rapidly lost strength. Scattered snow showers continued through the day on November 10, but temperatures failed to reach -50 degrees Fahrenheit (-46 degrees Centigrade) throughout the day. At night, temperatures plunged further to -88 degrees Fahrenheit (-67 degrees Centigrade) by 6:00am on November 11 in both cities. Robloxians woke up on November 11 to unearthly cold temperatures that were in the low -80s degrees Fahrenheit.

In two wholly uncorrelated phenomena, a Robloxian known as morphmeatball was reciting an ancient rhyme near his home in the Robloxia-Bloxanada border line, causing a massive yawning fissure, which eventually led to the glacier calving.

Due to its initial slow moving nature, snowfall in the Sacramento Bay Area were much higher than in counties southeast of the Sacramento Bay Area. 38.5 feet fell in Saint Nicolas, 26.9 feet in Solana, 39 feet in Salamanca, 24.3 feet in Santa Clarax, 37 feet in San Luis, and 21.1 feet in Oaks. Snowfall in other areas in Santa Martha, Murtle, Naranjo, and Central Costa Counties was mostly under 103 inches.

Totals across the Sacramento and San Bloxington Counties were 12.1 feet in San Christian, 30 feet in San Martin, 44 feet in San Bloxington, 18.9 feet in a city in Sacramento County, and 14.1 feet in a city in Santa Clarax County. Sacramento recorded 102 inches.

Due to the line of storms strengthening as it moved inland, mountainous snowfall totals were much above average compared to other extreme snowstorms. 459 feet fell at a peak in Santa Martha County, 200 feet at a peak in Murtle County, and 300 feet at a mountain in Naranjo County. In the Central Costa, Sacramento, and Santa Clarax mountains, snowfall was higher. 406 feet fell in a lake and reservoir in Central Costa County.

Due to the winter storm, Robloxia just lost contact with a politically liberal area in the nation, which resulted President Roblox pushing forward with his more politically conservative plans for the calendar year of 2025, dubbed colloquially as Project 2025.

The Robloxia Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (ROAA) initially designated and categorized Winter Storm Bach to be an extreme Category 5 winter storm, rendering Bach as the earliest extreme Category 5 winter storm recorded in contemporary Robloxian history. After the storm, there was talk, rumor, and substantial amounts of speculation that the Robloxian Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration would be planning on extending the winter storm scale to include Category 6+. The updates done to the regional snowfall index on the next business day fueled the speculative fire even more, and within the second business day after the storm, the ROAA announced that Winter Storm Bach will be upgraded from a Category 5 to a catastrophic Category 6, placing it, along with four other similar winter storms, into the proper category. Winter storms will also now be alternatively categorized based on peak gust speeds if measurement of the regional snowfall index (RSI) proves to be incomplete by the time the next winter storm comes to the affected region or regions. For more information about this new scale, see the Enhanced Regional Snowfall Index (ERSI) appendix attached to this article.

Winter Storm Dias (November 11 - November 13)

Winter Storm Dias? More like Tres Dias. -Anonymous Bloxican-Robloxian

Winter Storm Dias is the fourth named winter storm in the 2024-2025 Robloxia Winter Storm Season. Unlike Winter Storm Bach and Carlie, Winter Storm Dias made landfall and directly impacted Pacifico.

Winter Storm Dias was created when first precipitation bands accompanied with extremely cold frontal passages started to emerge in the West Coast of Robloxia. On November 11th, temperatures on Pacifico reached -20 degrees Fahrenheit (-29 degrees Centigrade) as a precipitation band swept through, decreasing the temperature from a daytime high of 57 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Centigrade) on November 10th, while concurrently breaking the record for the coldest November day in the city's recorded meteorological history.

A second system of low pressure (to be esoterically specific, a 883 millibar low) quickly swept into Southern Bloxifornia just twenty four hours after Bach and Carlie had moved through and dissipated, bringing with it unearthly cold temperatures and wet conditions over the course of three days, including Armistice Day. Winds reached 251 miles per hour, with gusts up to 319 miles per hour recorded. As such, the Robloxia Weather Services in Southern Bloxifornia, collaboratively issued their first Major Hurricane Force Wind Warning, possibly the third in recorded Robloxia Weather Service history. The forecasted impacts included the unearthly difficulty driving over Pacifico and its adjacent areas. Dangerous backcountry conditions were forecasted to exist, especially for those recreating in the high country due to reduced visibility and raw conditions. Meanwhile, Robloxians went to stores to stock up on extra flashlights, food, and water in their vehicles in case of an emergency and browsed the latest road conditions can be obtained by visiting the Southern Bloxifornia travel website. Unfortunately, the Southern Bloxifornia travel website was unable to handle the massive strain on the server units, and therefore crashed, bringing the entire travel website down. This caused many Robloxians to dial 511, which created localized 511 telephone outages and eventually a 511 telephone blackout.

On November 11, isolated snow showers developed across Pacifico County throughout the day. Late that night, the showers became more widespread and continued to develop through the very early hours of November 12. By 7am, most of the very heavy showers had moved through, leaving scattered light or moderate showers. In the afternoon, showers once again began to develop and became more widespread, as a gargantuan squall line started to form along the Southern Bloxifornia coast. By 6pm, a large area of very heavy snow had moved into Pacifico County, producing severely considerable and destructive thundersnow conditions in some areas as gusts reached 265 miles per hour and winds reached 208 miles per hour. At 10pm, an isolated cell on the backside of the very heavy snow condensed into a supercell and wrapped itself into a rotation as it moved towards a town south of Full Moon Bay. The storm had strengthened by the time it reached land; it created a very rare funnel cloud that touched down and produced a very rare and particularly dangerous tornado, sparking a very rare and particularly dangerous tornado warning.

2024 Full Moon Bay-Pacifico Tornado 1

The first of the two Full Moon Bay-Pacifico Tornadoes was a violent EF5 multiple-vortex tornado that destroyed portions of Full Moon Bay and Pacifico, Southern Bloxifornia, as well as smaller communities and rural areas between the three cities, beginning on 10pm of November 11, 2024. The tornado reached a maximum path width of 2.5 miles (4 km) during its track through Southern Full Moon Bay, and again when it went north of Pacifico, and attained estimated winds of 319 mph (514 km/h) shortly after passing through the city. It then went on to impact parts of Pacifico at EF5 intensity before dissipating. This was the deadliest tornado to ever hit Full Moon Bay. ChikoritaTheRobloxian rated the tornado a low-end 8 on the Chikorita's Enhanced Tornado Scale (CETS).

A very rare and particularly dangerous tornado warning was issued as soon as the tornado touched down, which tracked towards the adjacent Palm County attaining winds of 159 mph and damaging at an EF3 intensity, totally destroying small barns and farm outbuildings and collapsing most walls of one-and-two-family residences. Near a town at 11:41 p.m. local time, footage of the wedge tornado was captured by meteorologists during a storm chase for news broadcasting purposes; the meteorologists' live video of the tornado as they were tracking it outside of town was well received by the general Robloxian public and populace. This was the first video evidence that the tornado had touched the ground; the video, along with evidence of a tornado debris signature, prompted the Robloxia Weather Service to upgrade the particularly dangerous situation tornado warning with a full-blown tornado emergency in Southern Bloxifornia, with the warning polygon, which was pointing approximately north, sufficiently covering the cities of Full Moon Bay and Pacifico, as well as the town, 40 miles to the north of the tornado as of the time the warning was sent out using WarnGen technologies, making this the largest tornado warning and emergency in recorded Robloxian history, owing to the large width of the tornado and the fact the next 40 miles of the tornado's forecasted trajectory was as developed as Technology Valley in the Robloxia state of Bloxburg Valley. Rapidly intensifying, the tornado moved towards the southern and eastern portions of the town at around 12:01 a.m. local time on November 12, 2024. Sky cameras operated by the town-based news broadcasting channels and a ground-based camera crew captured video of the tornado as it struck the town. The news feeds were periodically disrupted due to power outages caused by wind damage to electrical transformers. As it entered the city, sky camera footage showed surface condensation in the tornado, outside of a visible debris cloud, had briefly lifted; a discernible wedge-shaped condensation funnel, with occasional horizontal and vertical sub-vortices, subsequently touched back down at the surface as it began moving into neighborhoods in the town.

The tornado entered the western portion of the town as a EF5, attaining winds of 271 mph, completely destroying a single-wide manufactured home and blowing away its debris and completely destroying double-wide manufactured homes and blowing away their debris. It passed within 0.8 miles of an apartment, totally destroying the top two stories of it and forcing the evacuation of the apartments until the storm passed. At that same time, a motel sustained a direct hit and was totally destroyed along with all of the motel's dealership-like vehicles, storm chasing vehicles, and emergency services vehicles, but with no injuries to the staff present. The tornado then ripped through two neighborhoods, totally destroying numerous masonry apartments. Several small retail buildings were totally destroyed in this area, and a few small professional buildings were totally destroyed. The tornado crossed an intersection, and numerous large sections of strip malls and large shopping malls near a shopping center were destroyed at EF5 strength, and vehicles were either tossed around or destroyed. A large isolated retail building that formerly housed a large retail store until its closure in 2016 was devastated, as a large section of the large retail store was destroyed. The tornado maintained its strength as it continued through another neighborhood, completely destroying large sections of numerous automobile showrooms, automobile service buildings, and an elementary school. Soon after, the tornado exited the town and began to head north at 75 miles per hour towards Full Moon Bay and Pacifico. Damage of Full Moon Bay and Pacifico was tantamount to complete and total destruction. The tornado then lifted a mile north of the northern city limitations of Pacifico.

The Robloxia Weather Service determined the maximum damage path width to be 2.5 miles (4 km). Some Robloxians with Doppler on Wheels trucks 3 and 6 yelled at their top of their lungs that the tornado broke the Roblox record for windiest tornado, citing that they scanned 342 miles per hour. However, the Doppler on Wheels trucks were reporting that their rotating dish was starting to pick up blurs simply because they punched the hail core while their dish was rotating. Therefore, it was given a final wind speed of 319 miles per hour. Early reports indicated 109 Robloxians were killed, with over 1,681 injured. However, this was revised to 108 Robloxians after one Robloxian at a near death state was resuscitated by emergency services. However, the injuries were revised, indicating clearly that there were more than 2,522 injuries. On November 14, 2024, President Roblox took a ground tour of some of the affected areas. President Roblox said that, "such utter devastation were caused by war criminals" and that no federal state of emergency will be declared, which decreased popular support ratings for President Roblox in Southern Bloxifornia, and instigated further protest-like and riot-like battles in the Second Robloxian Revolutionary War, especially in the state of Southern Bloxifornia, which had recently seceded from the Robloxian Union to fight for the Coffee-Stained Republic ideal. The Coffee-Stained Republic declared a federal state of emergency, with Coeptus II saying that "we will repair such utter devastation, both in Southern Bloxifornia and in Robloxia's fascist government". The Coffee-Stained Republic tried to throw an anti-aircraft small-range ballistic-like missile (SRBM) at President Roblox's Blox Force One, but due to the missile silos being buried in very heavy snowfall amounts, their attack was significantly protracted, and by the time the silo was fully cleared of very heavy snow, it was too late as Blox Force One flew out of range, and a outflow wind blowing east generated by the severe thundersnow caused the missile to be accidentally friendly and collaterally fired on their eastern half of the state. Fortunately, the eastern half of their state was remotely isolated, therefore, no deaths and injuries were reported, but caused some of the snow to temporarily melt and form a fleeting pool of water before the pool froze solid due to below-freezing temperatures.

By 11pm on November 12, the area of snow began to concentrate into a squall line once again as it moved further into Pacifico County. At 12:30am, another severely considerable and destructive storm developed in Pacifico County, creating a second funnel cloud that touched down, producing a second particularly dangerous tornado, and prompting a second particularly dangerous tornado warning to be issued for the town and surrounding areas.

2024 the town-Full Moon Bay-Pacifico Tornado 2

The tornado that hit the cities of Full Moon Bay and Pacifico was the second EF5 tornado to hit the town, Full Moon Bay, and Pacifico. This tornado caused approximately 1.3 billion ROBUX of damage and a death toll of seven Robloxians. Reaching a path width of 2.56 miles, it would be the widest EF5 tornado to hit the town, Full Moon Bay, and Pacifico. The tornado would form at 11pm and would travel north. As soon as the tornado formed, it reached EF5 intensity immediately, completely destroying the junior high schools that were in its path before lifting after it destroyed a senior high school in Northern Pacifico.

At 1am on November 13, 2024, the line began to move away from Pacifico County and into the waters just offshore of Pacifico County. The line then moved onshore just after 3am, bringing extremely very heavy snowfall and strong winds. Very heavy snow continued for the next 2 hours across Pacifico County, leading to snow drifting in some areas. Scattered snow showers and thundersnow remained through the rest of the day on November 13.

In areas to the south of Palm County, snowfall was generally lighter, but still very heavy, due the squall line not being as portentous yet. 33.1 feet fell in a city, 55.1 feet in another, 32.1 feet in another, and 140 feet in another. In the Palm County/Pacifico County area, snowfall was heavier, with 140 feet in the town, 160 feet in Full Moon Bay, 74.9 feet in Pacifico, 54 feet in San Viento in the City and County of San Viento, 58.4 feet in a city, 84 feet in Eastern the town, 310 feet in a city, 150 feet in a city, and 200 feet in another city. Most other areas received 27.4 - 36.5 feet. Fortunately, Roggle Tower, a futuristic skyscraper, was able to melt all of the snow in the city due to the residual heat from their server units contributing globally to the meltdown. Ironically, the generated waters did not break any server units belonging to the national headquarters of the multi-national tech company Roggle. In the Pacifico Hotel, due to the air conditioning of the hotel malfunctioning and activating even when the temperature was -20 degrees Fahrenheit (-29 degrees Celsius), 96 died from hypothermia, all of them sleeping soundly in their beds. The rest of the Robloxians in the hotel reported confusion, clumsiness, slurring of speech, and shivering, and as such, were sent to and were well-treated in the Pacifico Clinic due to the clinic having a emergency heat pumping system relying on environmentally friendly fuels. The Pacifico Hotel was sued by the friends and family of many of those who fell victim to the Pacifico Hotel Freeze, as it became to be locally monikered for injuring and killing Robloxians. A settlement was reached due to the hotel lacking a release of liability statement for its hotel guests. Pacifico Hotel edged closer to bankruptcy when it was forced to repair the air conditioning as a punitive damage demanded by the friends and family. In the Seaside Lounge, the Telamon Sea began to froze solid, grounding its yachts until an ice breaker arrived to break the ice.

Perhaps the most notable instance in Robloxian history of how severely the Telamon Sea froze was the creation of the Bondi City-Palm/Pacifico County ice bridge, a bridge that had never formed before in contemporary Robloxian history. The last time an ice bridge was created in Robloxian recorded history was during a weaker, yet similar, interglacial period, 11,500 years ago. During this time, the Berlox Strait separating the continents of Baoji and North Bloxmerica froze solid, allowing Robloxians to easily migrate from continent to continent without the need to invent aquatic transportation. The spontaneous creation of this ice bridge resulted in a lot of Robloxians migrating carefully to Bondi City in an attempt to render themselves immune from the extreme cold plaguing the heart of the mainland of the West Coast of Robloxia.

Meanwhile, The Visitor Center of Pacifico announced that it was closing until the damages to Pacifico have been repaired and civilization could resume to normal. For the first time in recorded Pacifico history, the Pacifico River and Full Moon Lake froze solid, turning those areas into naturally generated skating rinks for its citizens, who have never seen a skating rink in-person before. Pacifico Amusement Park and the speedway was closed while the snow was cleared. UrbanSector, the municipal government, visited Pacifico, returning back from a comparatively warmer vacation, and said, "Pacifico has enjoyed Southern Bloxifornia weather while it lasted, but now it got to enjoy Bloxarctic weather. We will warm up Pacifico by asking people to search for #WarmUpPacifico on Roggle.".

In the counties north of San Viento County but south of the Northern-Southern Bloxifornia state border, widespread totals were around 18.3-36.5 feet, though some isolated higher totals occurred. Those higher totals included 110 feet in a city, 72.1 feet in another city, 120 feet in another city, 110 feet in another city, 73.7 feet in another city, and the Robloxia Weather Service recorded 23.4 feet.

In the mountains, snowfall was more due to zero snow levels. Up to 310 feet of snow fell in a city and 320 feet of snow fell in another city. Lower totals of up to 28.7 feet fell as low as 2,400 feet, and areas over 6,000 feet recorded over 580 feet of snow.

Due to Pacifico and the Full Moon Bay area warming up, Dias started to turn into a rainstorm on November 14th, 2024 as temperatures climbed above freezing in Pacifico and Full Moon Bay, attaining 95 miles per hour wind speeds with 154 miles per hour gusts, becoming the equivalent of a Category 1 hurricane with 983.2 millibars in barometric pressure in the center of the system. On November 15th, 2024, Dias disorganized as wind shear in Bondi City tore the organized cyclonic system apart. The remnants of the system remained nearly stationary, but was slowly migrating north, weakening, and curving to the northeast as it approached a high pressure system centered on Blackville in Northern Bloxifornia.

The Robloxia Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (ROAA) initially designated and categorized Winter Storm Dias to be an apocalyptic Category 7 winter storm, beating Winter Storm Bach for the record for the most powerful winter storm in 2024. After the storm, there was talk, rumor, and substantial amounts of speculation that the Robloxian Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has ran out of adjectives to describe winter storms beyond Category 7. As a result of those rumors, the ROAA felt a compelling and extenuating urge to pull out a thesaurus, and the ROAA announced that Winter Storm Dias will be upgraded from a Category 7 (apocalyptic) to a Category 11 (life-and-death).

Southern Bloxifornia Heat Wave, Fires, and Winter Storm Elias (November 14 - December 2)

For the rest of mid-November and late November, the state of Southern Bloxifornia would reel into a heat wave, with Western Southern Bloxifornia seeing the brunt of the heat. As hot air began becoming trapped due to a high-pressure system (to be esoterically specific, a 1059 millibar system) moving into an area, it sunk, compressed, and heated air down from the upper atmosphere and towards the ground in Southern Bloxifornia, creating warm days and moderate nights. The hot air never floated back. Meanwhile, it also blocked cooling winds, allowing the sun to continue to warm Southern Bloxifornia until it reached thermal equilibrium.

On November 21, 2024, the heat wave had its grips over Southern Bloxifornia. Temperatures in the cities of Pacifico, Full Moon Bay, and San Viento reached 80.2 degrees Fahrenheit (26.8 degrees Centigrade) during the day and 54.1 degrees Fahrenheit (12.3 degrees Centigrade) at night.

The heat wave which lasted for 16 days saw warm temperatures. Fortunately, there was no drought. However, it still led to numerous fires blazing in Southern Bloxifornia. On November 20, 2024, a residential building in Full Moon Bay caught on fire and started a wildfire. The wildfire destroyed around 15 homes and 2 businesses as well as 10 other structures. It was caused by some Robloxian cooking and leaving the cooking unattended. The Robloxian was fined all the punitive damages and destruction caused by the wildfire.

On November 25, 2024, a large fire torched Pacifico. This was originally forecasted to last for weeks and become the worst wildfire on the year, burning the mountains and forests in Pacifico. The Pacifico Fire Department, upon hearing the dire forecast, tried to relay other fire departments to put out the fire, but only San Fierro Fire Department arrived. Together, they tried to put out the fire, but their efforts were at vain. Fortunately, a miracle occurred: a snowdrift melted near the fire, turning it into a flood which put out the fire and officially 100% contained it on November 30, 2024. Because of the swift extinguishing, the Pacifico Fire destroyed relatively fewer homes, businesses, other structures, and killed fewer Robloxians than what was otherwise forecasted. The cause of the fire was a when a Robloxian disposed a cigar improperly. The Robloxian was fined all the punitive damages and destruction caused by the wildfire. Meanwhile, the refugees from the fire have picketed that smoking should be banned on Pacifico because it can cause fires.

San Fierro also experienced a severe fire from this heatwave. The fire started in a candle store in San Fierro. The fires tore through parts of San Fierro destroying 14 homes, 1 business and 9 other structures. This fire killed four Robloxians in San Fierro. The cause was believed to be arson, as candle store managers reported that a criminal broke into a candle store in San Fierro, lit all the candles, and knocked all of them over before fleeing from the crime scene.

The heat wave caused no damage to the power grids of Southern Bloxifornia as the temperatures were moderate, but power transformers were overheated, causing black outs and power outages across Full Moon Bay. Some parts of Pacifico went without power for two days. San Fierro was able to dodge the brunt of the blackouts and power outages. Livestock was not affected. The power transformer company fixed the power transformers after the heat wave to make sure they will not overheat even in moderate weather.

Eventually, the heat wave died on December 1 as a fresh blast of cooler and denser air arrived southward, partially dissipating the high pressure system and returning temperatures back to seasonal norms. On December 2nd, a second burst of cold and dense air came in, dropping the daytime high of Pacifico to a cold 34.8 degrees Fahrenheit (1.5 degrees Celsius) and the low to a colder 10.9 degrees Fahrenheit (-11.7 degrees Celsius) as Winter Storm Elias arrived. Fortunately, Winter Storm Elias was a 1-day long crippling winter storm, but it had wind speeds of 96 miles per hour and gusts of up to 131 miles per hour.

Winter 2024-25: Old Male Robloxian Winter Hyperventilates

December 2024

In December 2024, Old Male Robloxian Winter began to inhale deeply, as if he were scared about something. Nothing interesting had occurred in the Bloxington Ocean since the Gulf Stream froze up, other than the fact ice coverage was more south than usual. Meanwhile, the regions and countries of Robloxian East Coast, Western Eurobloxia, and Bloxia Kingdom, in particular, Ro London, was bracing themselves like what Ned Starks highly encouraged and recommended in the Game of Thrones, for a tough winter was about to literally come. Meanwhile, in the Bloxburg Valley current, very large icebergs were spotted as south as Roregon and the Bloxifornias, large icebergs in Bloxburg Valley, medium icebergs as south as Baja Bloxburg Valley, and small as south as Cabo San Bloxas. Even the equatorial regions of Robloxia were reporting trace amounts of bergy bits and growlers. Ice cover in the Telamon Sea stretched as far as 12 miles west of Sacramento in Northern Bloxburg Valley. Meanwhile, the glacier that started forming in the border crossed the border illegally, obliterating the city of Bloxeattle as the encroaching ice kept on encroaching on as it roughly started to parallel and was arbitrarily close to hugging the Ro-Route 97 and Interblox 1 corridors. The Bloxeattle University researched on ways to stop glacial ice from entering those areas. Meanwhile, King Noob County declared a statewide state of emergency, which was later upgraded to federal under Coeptus II's approval, as glacial ice and snow collapsed the lower stories of the Blox Needle, making the Blox Needle start to lean precariously. Architects feared an imminent collapse of the Blox Needle. Meanwhile, more Robloxians/Bloxeattleites enjoyed drinking Starblox Lattes as a way to stave off the incoming cold, but as glacial ice started to destroy Starblox coffeehouses, it seemed like that Starblox is in danger of losing some of its largest market to a virtually unstoppable glacier.

In Bloxospokane, Robloxians were continuing their business as usual despite a disruption that flights to Bloxeattle International Airport have been cancelled due to glacial ice covering all of its runways and the Bloxospokane River freezing up. Meanwhile, glaciers had to started to form in the Kionne Republic and the nearby Egbert Mountain range. Madison Megalopolis and its nearby adjacent Madison Peak, as well as cities nestled deeply in the Egbert Mountain Range were starting to cool down drastically due to cold air from the glaciers moving south and east.

At this point, all of Robloxian civilization in the country of Robloxia north of Ro-Route 10 were starting to migrate south, as Robloxians in Balaska have reportedly reported that their outdoor civilization could not resume without them developing some acute form of hypothermia.

Meanwhile, Robloxians west of Ro-Route 97 were migrating to other directions, with the west being a popular migration direction due to the speedy formation of ice bridges that connected the minor islands of Robloxia to the greater mainland, and to the east, where temperatures still were nearly normal.

This is not to say that no winter storms formed during this month. Winter storms still formed in this month (see Winter Storm Elias for a counterexample), but the sheer majority (approximately 75%) of the winter storms that formed in Robloxia were mere nuisances, with the occasional winter storm creeping above a mere nuisance. Winter Storm Elias was the strongest winter storm of this month, and yet it was only Category 4 crippling.

Winter Storm Ferdinand (December 5 - December 6)

On December 5, the remnants of Winter Storm Dias, having migrated northward from Southern Bloxifornia, primarily over offshore waters in the Telamon Sea, finally curved northeast and reorganized into a winter storm, which made landfall in Blackville, Northern Bloxifornia. The eye of Ferdinand was only 1010 millibars. Winds of the winter storm only reached 35.4 miles per hour, with gusts reaching 48.3 miles per hour. In the morning hours of December 6, the system brought hit and miss heavy snow showers, with isolated very heavy snow showers incorporated. Because of the nuisance-like nature of Ferdinand, most places recorded less than 8.3 inches of snow.

The highest snowfall total was 12 inches in Blackville, Northern Bloxifornia. The Robloxia Weather Service recorded 9.9 inches, and all other locations in Northern Bloxifornia recorded less than 9.9 inches of snow.

Snowfall was even lighter, but still moderate to heavy, across the Northern Bloxifornian counties bordering Southern Bloxifornia, with most stations recording less than 4.97 inches of snow. A city picked up 22 inches of snow, and another city picked up 10.6 inches of snow. All other locations had negligible snowfall. However, in the mountains, snowfall was plentiful but relatively scarce, with 24 feet falling in a city, 12 feet in another city, and 14.8 feet in a mountain.

Because of the moderate snow, most cities in Northern Bloxifornia that were not in the mountains above 2,000 feet were able to avoid snow days and being snowed in. This led to Nettie Brandeston posting this on social media, which was later deleted to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act:

The ice stole the last snow day from Northern Bloxifornia! #WinterStormFailure

On December 7-9, 2024, Robloxians of all ages played in the freshly packed snow, a sharp contrast to the previous five winter storms where they were unable to due to the fact the snow was literally snowing them in.

Winter Storm Gale (December 10 - 13)

Aligning directly to popular belief, Winter Storm Gale was named Gale because it produced strong Gale-force winds according to the Beaufort Scale. -Meteorologist who has no idea what he/she is doing.

A very weak low pressure system (to be esoterically specific, a 1008 millibar low) moved into Roregon on December 9, which brought weak bands of snow starting very late on December 9. Winds of the winter storm only reached 47.7 miles per hour, with gusts reaching 65 miles per hour. Like with Ferdinand, most of the snow fell in the early morning hours, and was very hit and miss. Most places received moderate precipitation, with a few cities seeing over 13.4 inches of snow.

The highest total was 90 inches in a city, with 42 inches in a city, 35 inches in Ralem and one other city, and 23.4 inches in a city. The Robloxia Weather Service recorded just 12.5 inches of snow.

Precipitation was almost non-existent in counties to the south of Ralem. There was only one city that saw over 4.6 inches of snow. No snow fell in the mountains south of Ralem. 17.5 feet of snow fell on a mountain north of Ralem.

On December 10-28, 2024, Robloxians of all ages played in the freshly packed snow. The community of Ralem decided to have a collaborative snow event to help a city unthaw from the snow. On December 21, 2024, the winter solstice arrived in Robloxia, which created a false sense of optimism as many Robloxians thought Old Male Robloxian Winter is finally enfeebled and dying at a relatively young age. Meanwhile, remnants of Winter Storm Gale continued to head north from Ralem, and eventually exited Robloxia and entered Southern Bloxanada. The meteorological service of Bloxanada initially forecasted that Bricktoria in Ro British Columbia would get a clipping of snow from Gale's remnants, but due to the comparatively warm waters, Gale turned into a rainstorm and rapidly lost cyclonic organization, which hit Bricktoria, bringing with it less than 0.46 inches of rain. As the rainstorm proceeded to move towards Southeastern Balaska, it entered colder and colder waters which threatened to transform the rainstorm into a snowstorm and organize it properly. Finally, it entered Southeastern Balaska, where it reorganized and turned to a winter storm, which became known as Hudde.

A winter storm moved into Keysota and Wisconsin, which brought bands of snow on December 24. Notably, in Keysota, the state's weather modification weapon malfunctioned, which resulted in the first measurable snow in the recorded meteorological history of the state since record keeping commenced in 1984. In Wisconsin, the winter storm caused a car crash on a highway out of Greenville.

Winter Storm Hudde (December 29)

Winter Storm Hudde is the eighth named winter storm in the 2024-2025 Robloxia Winter Storm Season, impacting Southeastern Balaska as a rainstorm and all areas north of Deerfield as a winter storm.

The last winter storm of 2024 was yet another nuisance. Winds of the winter storm only reached 28.9 miles per hour, with gusts reaching 39.4 miles per hour. The eye of the winter storm only reached 1011.3 millibars. In the morning of December 29, the winter storm pulled in light snow showers from 8am to 11am, causing widespread light snowfall totals. Widespread cloud cover remained for the rest of the day.

Deerfield saw the most snow, at 30 inches, with a city trailing behind at 28 inches, and another city with 59 inches. All other places saw below 8.1 inches, and the Robloxia Weather Service saw 7.8 inches.

In boroughs and census areas north of Deerfield, snowfall was light as well, but moderate snow showers affected some boroughs and census areas. A city saw 20.6 inches of snow, another with 17.8 inches, 19.2 inches in a city, and 21 inches at another. In the mountains, 16.9 feet fell on a mountain, and negligible amounts on other mountains.

Until 2024 ended, there was still a tingling sense of false optimism in the air. Snow events were still hosted, of course. On December 31, 2024, the Coffee-Stained Republic and extremists decided to begin Operation Final Answer to Robloxia, launching a thermonuclear intercontinental ballistic missile in the Roblox's north pole. This was the only nuclear weapon detonated in the entire Second Robloxian Civil War, and it caused a large amount of frigid Bloxarctic water to be released to both Robloxian seaboards, fueling a deeper winter for them and eventually leading to President Roblox's surrender in January 6, 2025 as he shivered throughout the cold in his capital (it was colder than his homeland of Bloxanada).

January 2025

In January 2025, Old Male Robloxian Winter stopped inhaling, as if he had prolonged apnea. Nothing interesting had occurred in the Bloxington Ocean since the Gulf Stream froze up, other than the fact ice coverage continued encroaching forward, albeit at a comparatively slower pace. Meanwhile, with more and more Robloxians confident that the tough winter was behind them, they forgot to acknowledge the aphorism that "spring has sprung, fall has fell, winter is here and it is colder than usual." Civilization in the West Coast of Robloxia south of Northern Bloxifornia was crippled and ground to a screeching deceleration and eventual halt.

The legendary aphorism would manifest apocalyptically when in the first ten days of January, an apocalyptically-proportioned surface low and pseudo-polar vortex in Kionne Republic moving southbound towards Bloxorado and a similarly-proportioned surface low and pseudo-polar vortex in Bloxburg Valley moving northbound towards Southern Bloxifornia began to converge. They merged into a larger and deeper surface low and pseudo-polar vortex, which triggered a devastating decline and drop as temperatures plummeted to unprecedented temperatures in Robloxian history in the areas west of the Egbert Mountain Range and winds picked up to incredibly strong winds. As the surface low began sucking up moisture and storm momentum from the Telamon Sea, it began moving southeast from an initial stationary velocity, bringing snowfall to areas such as Bloxorado, New Bloxico, Blocahoma, and Bloxas before dissipating at the Gulf of Bloxico. Meteorologists called the resulting winter storm a winter superstorm, as it was the first of its kind in Robloxian weather history. Knowing this, the Robloxian Weather Channel decided to call this Winter Storm four names, one for each winter storm assimilated into the gargantuan storm system.

The Blox Needle destroyed following the subsequent increase in swaying amplitude. Surprisingly predicted as early on April 1, 1989.

The Blox Needle destroyed following the subsequent increase in swaying amplitude. Surprisingly predicted as early on April 1, 1989.

Meanwhile, in the Bloxburg Valley current, icebergs and ice still dominated the scene. Ice cover in the Telamon Sea stretched as far as 12 miles west of Bloxburg. Meanwhile, the glacier was rapidly reaching Ralem, the city that recently escaped a snow day, is now in throes of a "glacier day". Meanwhile, as unprecedently strong winds blew towards the Blox Needle, the Blox Needle started to sway. As the amplitude of swaying gradually increased, the Blox Needle began to close. Unfortunately, retrofitters were unable to curb the swaying, and eventually, the Blox Needle swayed past the point of no return, and completely collapsed. Meanwhile, Robloxians who laughed at the April Fools shenanigan pulled on April 1, 1989 were not laughing now.

In the eastern half of many Robloxian West Coast states in the Robloxian mainland, excluding Balaska, civilization was finally ground to a halt by the incredibly strong winds attained by the storm and the snowfall. Indeed, most of Robloxian Civilization west of Ro Austin, had crippled to a halt as most of their civilization was covered by glaciers. The brunt of the Robloxian Ice Age had begun. At this point, all of Robloxian civilization that was still standing and surviving in the country of Robloxia west of Ro Austin were starting to migrate south towards warmer countries such as Bloxico and east towards the Robloxian East Coast.

Appendix 1: Enhanced Regional Snowfall Index (ERSI)

The enhanced regional snowfall index (ERSI) is a scale used by ROAA to assess the societal impact of winter storms in Robloxia. Formerly used to assess the societal impact of winter storms in the eastern two-thirds of the United States, the ERSI was created because of an influx in winter storm activity formed in the western third of Robloxia beginning on November 9, 2024. ERSI classifies winter storms into one of twelve categories, and more categories can be added at will by the ROAA Agency Executive. The system was first implemented in mid-November 2024 after being approved two days after it was proposed as an alternative to the difficult to measure RSI. The ERSI is like the RSI Robloxians know and love, except that it primarily factors in the peak gust speed recorded during a winter storm, in which the peak gust speed recorded will be fed to an extended version of the Saffir Simpson Scale, and whatever category that outputs will become the category of the winter storm. However, on November 13, 2024, there was no need to create additional categories since the ROAA already developed a series of empirical formulae to determine the category of any arbitrary winter storm.
