Kasumi Teto is a former Neo-Japanese singer, lyricist, current voice actress, and an veteran member of the Neo-Japanese group, UTAU4EVER. She was born on November 30th, 1992 and is currently 32 years old.
In her music career, she is known for her 2010 song, "Fukkireta" and her 2014 song, "Mesmerizer", which features Vocalware singer Hatsune Riku, while in her "acting" career, she is known for voicing the narrator in Azumanga Daioh: The Daiohwakening.
Personal Life
Kasumi Teto was born in 1992 to unnamed parents. She grew up somewhere near Roghija and Neo-Osaka, and was mostly interested in books about her "role model", Hatsune Riku, which is why she auditioned for a singing contest that ran from March 30th, 2008 until April 1st, 2008. 2 years later, Teto had made her first debut in April of 2010 with the song "Fukkireta".
In 2022, she left "UTAU4EVER". However, despite leaving as a member of UTAU4EVER, she would still work behind the scenes of "UTAU4EVER" as she has mostly written some of their newer songs.
Career
UTAU4EVER and Fukkireta
UTAU4EVER was an Neo-Japanese group formed by Bloxane Teto, Uta Utane and Momo Momone in early 2008 and ran all the way until 2042. She was in every generation of UTAU4EVER until 2022, when she left UTAU4EVER due to being on the Synth V PROJECT.
Fukkireta refers to an song that Bloxane Teto released sometime in 2010. It has since become an animation meme and she sang this song again in 2023.
