Marshall, Carter. and Dark Ltd. is a seemingly normal department store company that has unethical business practices.

About them:

It is a mysterious business club of aristocrats that specializes in the sale of anomalous entities and objects for profit. Although, it makes itself appear as an affable and friendly business company, they have committed a series of unethical acts of profit, such as using weapons, smuggling illegal goods, and even abducting Robloxians. Their companies origins are hidden by the RSCP Foundation due to its ties to RSCP-001-5.

They get their main products from RSCP-001-5 "The Factory" and sell them in their locations of:

They have been guilty of many breaches of both RSCP Foundation anomalies and Furry Headquarters prisoners though they do not use force to create breaches. They bribe Robloxians to create them.

They are regarded as the strongest group in all of Robloxia due to their ties with every group that the RSCP Foundation is a ally with. Due to this almost no organization chooses to attempt a intervention of their work.

  • RSCP Foundation (They are seen as a threat to the veil but due to MC&D not wishing to destroy the veil they are allowed to work with some minor interventions)
  • Global Occult Coalition (The GOC fears MC&D due to their power but they have agreed to stay out of each other's ways)
  • Furry Headquarters (Sold items to Furry Headquarters in exchange for services from a couple top members)
  • The Factory (Sells some of its items as a way to prevent being targeted by the anomaly behind it knowing anyone who attempts to destroy it are its new target, also Darke's brother was a investor into The Factory)
  • Dr. Wondertainment Enterprises (Supplies MC&D with items to sell, even limited items as a mutual agreement to not compete with each other)
  • The Serpent's Hand (Relations are different, some times they will buy items and other times attack MC&D sites to free anomalies)
  • Chaos Insurgency (Sells items to them in exchange for not being attacked, though the Chaos Insurgency are not always following the agreement as they used a RSCP to kill some of Carter's family members)
  • Prometheus Labs (Trades items between each other)
  • Are We Cool Yet? (Sells items to them)
  • Ambrose Restaurants (Uses them to book dinner service for their meetings)
  • Church of the Broken God (Sells items to them though it stopped when the Church of the Broken God sent a RSCP they bought to Marshall to attempt to kill him)
  • Children of the Scarlet King (Abducted multiple assets as well as breaking into their stores to steal anomalous items in their rituals which caused MC&D to contact the RSCP Foundation on it)
  • The Commission on Unusual Cargo (Sabotages cargo checks to ensure the MC&D items arrive unchecked)
