Delta City, sometimes known simply as Delta is a city located in Bloxian Bloxumbia, Bloxanada. It is a major seaport city and has a population of 729,291 at the 2021 census and a population of 2 million in the greater metropolitan area.

Administrative divisions
The city is divided up into districts, which are used for planning purposes, and for administrative reasons. There are currently 18 districts which all send representatives to the council in the Central District. Each district is then divided into neighborhoods which have powers over certain things and have the ability to create ordinances. Neighborhoods and communities in Delta City parlance refers to two separate things: Neighborhoods are areas with planning powers and comprise of multiple communities; communities are the equivalent of a subdivision and have almost no administrative power, and exist solely for directional purposes.

The city covers a total of 180 square miles.To all sides except the north side of Northern Island, are water. The north side of the city is close to the border with four border checkpoints to Robloxia, over Angle Creek.

Mass Transit
Delta Region Transit operates several mass transit lines: Delta Line, Harbour Line, Central Line, Airport Line, Brentwood Light Rail, Crosstown Line, Airport Express (Delta),and the Circle Line. It also operates over 210 bus routes across the city.
Mainline rail
It is connected via Delta Central station in downtown, which serves high speed rail services owned by Robloxia but operate cross-border, and local trains running on an branch of the Trans-Robloxian Railway.
