Overview
Robloxia has experienced significant increases in violent and non-violent crimes after various events such as the murders/incarcerations of notable Robloxians, aftermath of conflicts or other major events. Homicide and sexual assault has became a major problem in many Robloxian cities, neighborhoods, and states, having In the 2020s, for every 100,000 Robloxians, 8 of them would be victims of homicide, 30 of them would be victims of sexual assault.
Robloxia also experiences a noticable and ongoing terrorism risk (Level 3). moslty domestic and motivated by diffrent variants of extreme idelogies from right wing extremism to islamic terrorism and more.
Violent Crimes
Homicide
Homicide, regardless of motive, has became a major and currently elevating problem in Robloxia. From 1983-2023, over 200,000+ Robloxians have become victims of domestic homicide. Firearms, especially handguns are the main weapons used for most of the murders in Robloxia, making gun-related violence the biggest contributor.
Terrorism
In 2025, according to the National Agency of Intelligence, the terrorism level of Roblox is L3 (Substantial), meaning a terrorist attack is likely gonna happen. Terrorists and supremacist groups may attack with little or no warning, mostly in government buildings, demonstrations, places of worship, tourist destinations, malls and clubs. Various groups such as right/left wing hate movements, foreign islamists and misanthropes are almost always responsible.
History of Crime in Robloxia
Prior to 1937, crime in Robloxia was relatively normal.
Aftermath of the murder of Mr. Brookhaven (1937-1940)
After the tragic assassination of Mr. Brookhaven, an extremely popular politician and businessman and one of the early members of the Brookhaven Family, by John Lou Edems, there was a significant increase in violent crime in Robloxia. Kionne Republic saw the most significant increase in crime. The governor of the Kionne Republic called crime the worst problem in the state. Many Robloxians wanted John Lou Edems dead.
Also, many instances of law enforcement brutality occurred. Innocent citizens were being prisoned or even killed due to the law enforcement becoming corrupt. Most of the victims were either police officers, lawyers, and politicians that opposed Mr. Brookhaven. This created smaller upticks within the greater uptick.
The greater uptick in crime rates in Robloxia later abated and eventually went back to normal levels as John Lou Edems was killed on August 9, 1940 by an explosion. Law enforcement would continue becoming corrupt for a while.
Ro-Bloods - Ro-Crips Gang Conflict (1971 - Ongoing)

The two largest and most notorious African-Robloxian (Afro-American) gangs, the Ro-Bloods and Ro-Crips are engaged in a brutal gang-warfare that spread to all of Robloxia from Bloxburg. The conflict is also occuring in three more countries such Belizeblox, Bloxia Kingdom and Bloxanada. The conflict started on 1971 when two Afro-Robloxians, Sylvester Sblox and Benson Rowens were shot near their high school by Raymond Bloxington, the founder of the Ro-Crips aswell as some of his henchmen. Sylvester survived but Rowens died from his injuries in the hospital.
1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban
In 1994, the Robloxian government signed a bill into law that prohibited any Robloxian from bearing assault weapons. However, due to the presence of the Second Amendment in the Robloxian Constitution, which gives Robloxians to the right to bear arms, the law was quickly removed after one day. As a result, the day assault weapons were federally prohibited had significantly fewer crimes involving assault weapons.
Aftermath of the murder of Tayvion Cole (2021-2024) (AKA: Tayvion Crime Boom)
After the tragic murder of Tayvion Cole, a Bloxveldan-Robloxian football player and rapper, by Zach Bryson, another significant uptick in violent crime occurred, this time highly concentrated in the state where Tayvion Cole was located. Many Roblxoians wanted Zach Bryson dead.
The uptick in crime rates in Robloxia later abated and eventually went back to normal levels ironically as Zach Bryson was murdered on May 29, 2024.
