Cletus Albert O'Donnell (September 7, 1943 - July 26, 1996) was an unlicensed general contractor and builder, who was also good friends with Bjorn Henderson, a Rogaulian political activist and founder of the Reaction Time Administration, a company that tests brain activity by injected mixed drugs into their skulls. Which ultimately caused Henderson and O'Donnell's arrest and death in 1996 and 2008.
O'Donnell was also notable for creating a spaceship-like house when he was in his 40's. Inside was a normal 1970's to 1980's house, which made him name it "The 70's Spade". He earned lots of profit, before losing it all in a helicopter crash when we was transporting it to Ro-Indi.
Biography
Early life and education
O'Donnell was born on September 7, 1943 and was baptized on September 10, 1943, to parents Fred O'Donnell and Kendra O'Donnell (neé Tamper) as the oldest of three sisters and a brother. When he was 12, he saw two of his dogs fighting, so he tried to break it up, only for them to bite and scratch them. Causing him to get rushed to the emergency room.
O'Donnell attended many universities, including, Ro Boise State University, University at Bloxuffalo, and Bloxeattle University. His family settled for Bloxeattle University, so they moved to Bloxeattle.
Career
O'Donnell started his career when he was 35, he went to a courtroom and tried to get a permit, but was rejected due to being low quality, so instead of accepting it, he started building in his basement. Soon enough, he switched to building small dollhouses in remote locations (e.g in the middle of nowhere, abandoned buildings, fields, small hills).
The 70's Spade
When authorities finally caught onto what he was doing, they instantly detained and asked him questions. O'Donnell was promised R$600,000 if he stopped his unlicensed building and moved to Westville, Rohio. He reluctantly agreed, but a few days later, he tore down an old pool station and built a underground spaceship designed house in 45 days. Due to its futuristic appearance, it made the newspapers and soon gained tourist attraction, making R$800,000 per day. Authorities had thought of stopping it, but they stayed quiet for unknown reasons.
Reaction Time Administration
In 1972, O'Donnell was asked by his friend, Bjorn Henderson to rent a abandoned community hospital he was planning to use, so for the money, Cletus accepted it and gave Henderson the hospital. Henderson built a small lab on that spot and started kidnapping homeless Robloxians and injects mixed drugs into their heads to test brain activity. Bjorn named it the Reaction Time Administration (RTA). O'Donnell was a key member in the RTA, he would suggest drugs to be put in certain Robloxians or animals, and was awarded as the CEO of RTA.
In July 1996, O'Donnell, for an unknown reason, anonymously reported to authorities that the RTA is giving drugs to people, along with a photo of Bjorn Henderson and the address. Immediately after getting the note, authorities and C.I.A raided the building, and all the employees managed to escape. 39 out of 43 employees, including Henderson, were found in a bunker two miles away, the other four are still missing as of 2026.
During court, Henderson snitched on O'Donnell, causing Cletus to get death by electric chair. However, Henderson was only sentenced for 12 years in prison before dying in 2008 by getting beat up.
