There are many frequent and short wars between The East Brickton Police Department (EBPD) and gangs that territory reside in the area, as well as gang on gang crimes, and wars between each other. Lakeview is near the bay of Lake East Brickton (Rowia's largest lake), mostly on the bayside of East Brickton, with a partial amount onto Brickton Island, on East Brickton State College. North Kent is a district located by the Downtown District, which is also, a lower income area, which is prone to gang violence and crimes. Genesee, originally a neighborhood, was turned into a housing district. It is mostly the territory of the Ro-Crips, and partially of the Ro-Bloods. An estimated average of 16 shots are fired every day in the neighborhood. Gang wars and crimes are frequent in this area. York Central is the most populated district, and next to the downtown area. The district is like most others, except the chances of vehicular assault, or vehicular slaughter or much higher here than any other district. York Central also has an intersection that connects between North Kent. West Bedford is the second wealthiest district, being right next to Downtown, on the bayside. It offers expensive apartments, and high-end department stores. It connects to the Upper Westside District, partially bringing some violence into the district.
