Reaction Time Administration (abbreviated as RTA) was a criminal organization founded by Bjorn Henderson in 1972. The organization was notable for brainwashing subjects by injected mixed drugs Into their head, and tested reaction time on different kinds of drugs on Robloxians and animals.
The RTA was shut down by C.I.A and authorities after getting a report about this organization's existence. The leader, Bjorn Henderson, and his employees his inside a military base two miles from the building, until they were found not long after.

Creation

In 1972, the founder, Bjorn Henderson allegedly "got bored" and rented out a abandoned community hospital from his friend at the time, Cletus O'Donnell. Henderson then kidnapped homeless Robloxians and injected mixed drugs into their heads to test brain behavior. When he was done, he would isolate them in small white-padded rooms until they went insane or died. Causes of death are still uncertain, but it is claimed that they died from chronic diseases since they ate the same beans and tap water diet.
The RTA was constantly changing its interior and exterior whenever authories or inspectors come near the building.
Shut down and arrest
On July 2, 1996, authorities and C.I.A got a anonymous report (by Cletus O'Donnell) about the company, with the address and Bjorn's name on a piece of paper. Almost instantly, the authorities took this seriously, and bursted into the building in the middle of a experiment. They immediately shot anyone who was participating, however, all 43 of them survived and escaped. 39 out of the 43 workers were found hiding in a military bunker two miles away from. The other four are still confirmed missing.
Bjorn and many of his affiliates were arrested and taken to a high security prison in East Brickton, Rowia. Henderson snitched on Cletus, and Cletus was taken to death by electrical chair, however, Bjorn was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
