Berry Avenue is a town in the Blorida Panhandle (otherwise known as Northwestern Blorida). The town has only one avenue, named after the town. It is known for its wide selection of stylish houses, cars, and special items available for purchase. It is governed by Amberry Towns.
Climate
The town is fairly cold during January and February. Heat occurs in March, growing to peak heat in April while becoming gradually cooler in May, June and July, as well during August to October, or autumn. In November and December, deep plunges in the polar jet stream bring Bloxarctic air over Berry Avenue and its surrounding relatively warm, moist Gulf of Bloxico waters to the south. This creates a "Gulf-effect" or "sea-effect" that causes rapid evaporation and instability. Fortunately, in Berry Avenue, the air column on the 30-year simple moving climatological average stays below freezing from the surface up beginning in November and December, which leads to snow flurries in the town. The coldest months, November and December, has an 30-year simple moving climatological average daytime high of 32 °F (0 °C) and the hottest month, April, has a 30-year simple moving climatological average daytime high of 78 °F (25.56 °C), making it 17 °F (9.444 °C) colder than the average Blorida settlement.

Berry Avenue has a wide selection of cars to buy. The town is served by bus routes, with some districts of the town having their own local bus routes. On March 30th of an unknown year, Berry Avenue Airport has been opened and started to operate the Port of Berry Avenue. Berry Avenue has a limited-service railway station owned by Intercity, that is expected to close sometime in 2023 as the under-construction East Robloxia Interstate Commuter Train rail network is expected to serve the town.

The town has permits since May 1, 2022. For 799 ROBUX, one can buy a permit to own a suburban house or a traditional country house. Starting on May 19th, 2022, one can buy a permit for 149 ROBUX to own a luxury yacht. For 499 ROBUX, one can own luxury cars and a helicopter, enabling them to visit Ro-Greecetown without being a passenger on a helicopter. Starting on September 24, 2022, one can buy a permit for 599 ROBUX, which would give Robloxians access to the luxury penthouse top floor apartment. Starting on November 23, 2022, one can own classic cars for a permit that costs 249 ROBUX.
