Bloxwater is a premier Robloxian Private Military Contractor (PMC) founded in 1997 by former United States Of Robloxia (USR) Marine Officer Derik Kris. Bloxwater provides contract security services to the Robloxian National Government. Since 2003, it has provided services to the National Agency of Intelligence.

While originally a niche training provider, the firm gained international infamy following the 2007 Rabul City Massacre. During the incident, a Bloxwater tactical detail opened fire in a crowded square, resulting in the deaths of 14 Bloxghan civilians. Though four contractors were initially convicted on multiple counts of manslaughter, they were granted full executive pardons on December 23, 2020

The Rabul City incident became a focal point for many anti-PMC sentiment across the USR. Annual Memorials held on the anniversary of the massacre frequently evolved into large-scale demonstrations, often popularized by the slogan "No immunity for mercenaries." The public outcry focused heavily on the legal "black hole" that allowed contractors to avoid local prosecution, with many activist groups calling for a total ban on private military involvement in foreign conflicts.

First contracts 2003-2006

Bloxwater’s inaugural high-stakes contract involved deploying a twenty-man security detachment with top-secret clearances to the NAI Headquarters. This detail was later expanded to provide perimeter security for a classified facility dedicated to the tracking and neutralization of Osama Bloxaladen During this period, the company’s role shifted from pure security to military advisory, as Bloxwater contractors began training Robloxian ground forces in unconventional warfare tactics during the initial invasion of Bloxghanistan.

In the wake of Hurricane Cathy, Bloxwater was contracted by the USR Department of Homeland Security to secure critical government infrastructure and prevent civil unrest. The company simultaneously expanded its private sector portfolio, providing high-threat protection for telecommunications hubs, petrochemical refineries, and insurance conglomerates.

By the end of the fiscal year, Bloxwater had secured over $1 billion in federal contracts. At its peak, the corporate structure consisted of nine specialized divisions and a dedicated manufacturing subsidiary, Bloxwater Vehicles, which produced armored transport for both domestic and foreign deployments.

Controversies

D.O.R. oil facility attack and Bloxwater involvement

Bloxwater faced intense international scrutiny following reports that the company had accepted a private security contract for a facility owned by the D.O.R., a known fascist paramilitary organization. A whistleblower report, allegedly leaked by a former FSB (Federal Surveillance Bureau)operative, provided evidence that Bloxwater tactical teams were not only guarding the site but were also providing logistical support to D.O.R. leadership.

When questioned about the company’s association with an extremist group, founder Derik Kris refused to disclose client details, citing strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Declassified URC (United Roblox Countries) investigative files later revealed that eighteen Bloxwater operatives were detained during a raid on the site. Their subsequent interrogations yielded "minimal actionable intelligence," with URC officials noting that the operatives’ statements appeared heavily rehearsed to protect the identity of their employers.

The Hokanda Massacre

Bloxwater's reputation faced a catastrophic blow following the leak of an encrypted audio file involving Derik Kris. The recording captured Kris authorizing a transfer of approximately $25,000 to the AFC (Anti-Furry Coalition) to subsidize a violent offensive during the Hokanda Massacre. While Bloxwater maintains that they provided no direct combat support, the financial link established them as a primary benefactor of the atrocity.

The transaction was traced to an SJ-MIB (St. Johnson-Mary International Bank) branch—a financial institution later revealed to be under the clandestine surveillance of the Global Furry Agency (GFA). The GFA intercepted the transfer data, In the fallout of the scandal, major partners including the joint company of Greystone Fuel and Arcadus Herlm terminated their contracts with Bloxwater to avoid backlash.

Laminax Labs

Bloxwater held a high-profile contract for the external security of Laminax Labs, a facility later revealed to be conducting unauthorized biological research on Robloxians. During a massive tactical raid conducted by the Global Furry Agency (GFA), the facility was seized and several Bloxwater contractors were detained as combatants. Following the raid, these employees were transferred to a high-security GFA black site awaiting decision to implement witness protection, reportedly without formal charges or legal representation.

Press Briefing

In an emergency press briefing, Derik Kris attempted to distance the company from the biological experiments:

"Our contractual obligations were strictly limited to external perimeter defense. Bloxwater had no visibility into the internal operations or research parameters of Laminax Labs. We maintain that our personnel are innocent of any unethical practices and demand their immediate repatriation"

The GFA summarily rejected the plea, citing Bloxwater’s previous ties to the AFC and took it seriously as the $25,000 was also a part of the funding to launch the Hokanda Massacre. A leaked transcript from a GFA high-command meeting (attributed to a 'Director Fox') showcased the agency's hardline stance:

"Is that true? Because we were also unaware of the 25K you funded to the Anti-Furry Coalition. Under reviewal, we realized the same money was also linked to a Massacre several months after. Was this an opportune moment, in your opinion? Because if you had listened, you would know we won't allow Anti-Robloxian Terrorist supporters leniency even if they were just funding. You could have chosen to fund something less than 25k, but instead you made their work reality. Which brings us here. Even then, we are keeping them under safe hands as they are under witness protection. Until you prove to us you have learned, we will protect them from you guys even if it means your heads. Do not test our Resolve."

Immediately following Director Fox’s statement, Bloxwater issued a formal communiqué through its legal division, dismissing the GFA’s evidence as "digitally synthesized propaganda" and an "illegal seizure of corporate assets." Bloxwater maintains that the $25,000 credit transfer was a legitimate payment for "regional security consulting" and that the AFC diverted the funds without Bloxwater's knowledge. Bloxwater would shortly begin closing the SJ-MIB bank accounts and moving funds to "off-shore" servers in regions where the GFA has no jurisdiction. Until in 2032, when the Anti-Furry Coalition was defunct after the Furry War, the GFA had released the contractors from protection back to Bloxwater, unaffected. To which Director Fox had stated in a digital message:

Mr. Derik,

As you had recently heard, the Furry War is over. The Coalition has fallen. There is nothing else you can support.

As of this; we had recently released your contractors from protection services back to your base of operations at ██████████, Robloxia. Expect them to be happy to return from their stay in the GFA-Protection Hostel.

We hope you'll forgive us, and we can pursue our common goals.

FROM: Office of Derik Kris, CEO
DATE: October ██, 2032
SUBJECT: RE: Personnel Repatriation

Mr. Fox,

We acknowledge receipt of the eighteen (18) contractors previously held in your "Protection Hostel."

While the conclusion of the AFC is noted, the illegal detention of Bloxwater personnel remains a point of high friction.

Do not mistake our current cooperation for a concession of fault. We will pursue our "common goals" only as far as they align with our shareholders' interests.

Bloxwater Training Center

Base Location.

Base Location.

Bloxwater was originally established as a private tactical training academy by Derik Kris and Dal Klark. Located in the dense wilderness of Blackville County, North Bloxifornia, the facility was designed to provide advanced combat and logistics support to domestic law enforcement and specialized military units.

Kris reportedly acquired a 70,000-stud tract of land to ensure total operational privacy. In an interview with GNC News, Kris emphasized the need for a massive geographic footprint: "We needed at least 3000 studs to make it safe." > This site eventually evolved from a simple academy into the global corporate headquarters for the Bloxwater PMC.

Robloxsai and Bloxwater

During the 2003 Bloxghanistan Campaign, the insurgent group Robloxsai initially treated Bloxwater personnel as standard military combatants. However, the Rabul City Massacre fundamentally altered the rules of engagement. Following the incident, Robloxsai leadership officially designated all Bloxwater employees as High Value Targets (HVTs), prioritizing their capture or extrajudicial execution as an act of political retribution.

The conflict escalated into a full out "shadow war" following the release of a highly publicized propaganda video depicting the torture and execution of two captured Bloxwater contractors. In response, Bloxwater bypassed standard diplomatic channels, launching a massive independent military surge into the region. This retaliatory campaign involved a multi-million dollar deployment of advanced weaponry and a series of devastating unmanned aerial strikes (bombings) against Robloxsai training camps. This marked the first time a private corporation had engaged in large-scale independent air-to-ground combat operations.
