This is one of the most commonly used crowd cheering sound effects in media today, along with PE140401 and PE140501. Although it is not as frequently used or paired together as the PE140401 and PE140501, it is still quite often used alongside the other two Hollywoodedge crowd cheering sound effects, even sometimes used in the same pieces of media with the two. It was recorded in 1989 and was first used in The Muppets at Walt Disney World, an NBC television special which debuted on May 6, 1990, in which it’s heard twice during the musical number “Rockin’ All Around the World”, performed by Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. This sound effect is also often used in the animated series, Disney's House of Mouse, and its two movies, Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse (2001) and Mickey's House of Villains (2002), as it’s used for the audience’s cheers, beginning with the episode “Big Bad Wolf Daddy”.
