Studs (SD) are the secondary currency of Polytoria, alongside the primary currency of Bricks. They were originally introduced to the Polytorian economy around 2018 or 2019, back when Polytoria was an unknown closed-border country and many robloxians did not know it existed as a asylum destination for the Corporatist Party-run Robloxia.

Usage
Although Studs are a different currency from Bricks, their usage is similar. One notable use is purchasing accessories and other items.
Obtaining Studs
Studs are more difficult to obtain than Bricks and are acquired in different ways, similarly to how Robux is more difficult to obtain than Tix. The most common methods include trading Bricks with other citizens in exchange for Studs, closely resembling to how Tix can be currency exchanged to Robux (though the process does not require a citizen) or earning them by assisting the Polytorian government.
Trivia
- Studs were previously exchangeable for Bricks without requiring another citizen. Following the Great Brick Massacre, the Polytorian government passed anti-hoarding legislation that made it illegal to exchange Studs for Bricks without another citizen, effectively turning the currency exchange building into a two-person currency exchange building. It is unknown why Robloxia never adopted this solution, but perhaps it was too late to implement it anyway.
