Second cabinet of David Baszucki

David Baszucki undemocratically assumed office as the 32nd president of the United States of Robloxia on October 29, 2025 and was evicted out of the Blox House on May 23, 2026 by the Robloxia Citizens Militia. Unlike past presidents, the president has the legal authority to nominate members of his cabinet without confirmation from the United States of Robloxia Senate for confirmation as the Appointments Clause of the United States of Robloxia Constitution was made void when he repealed the United States of Robloxia Constitution under an executive order, but despite this, he still used confirmation from the United States of Robloxia Senate since the Senate had a Corporatist unanimity to make him look like a constitutional chief executive. Under John Sams, the second cabinet of David Baszucki was later reverted back to the pre-2004 cabinet configuration of 27 robloxians, resulting of the revocation of all abolitions and the abolitions of all the superfluous departments created.

Cabinet:

All permanent members of the Cabinet of the United States of Robloxia as heads of executive departments used to require the advice and consent of the United States of Robloxia Senate following appointment by the president before taking office. The vice presidency was exceptional in that while the position typically requires an public-facing election to office pursuant to the United States of Robloxia Constitution, the opening was filled without an public-facing election but rather by an election by the Board of Directors, which was created in 2004 to expand the cabinet. The president may also designate heads of other agencies and non-Senate-confirmed members of the Executive Office of the President as cabinet-level members of the cabinet. The cabinet would meet with the president in the Cabinet Room, a room adjacent to the Oval Office, but since Baszucki's cabinet consists of 3,065 employees, the meeting place with the president has moved to a building known as Robloxia Corporation, on 3150 South Bloxware Street, Robloxia, District of Cassel, rather than the Blox House, at 1600 Rosylvania Avenue, Robloxia, District of Cassel.

As the Corporatist Party controls the Senate, it was unsurprisingly expected that all of Baszucki's nominations were confirmed with no contest.

Baszucki's cabinet choices were described by the Corporatist-run media as "leadership". It was also taglined as "building the future together" and "dedicated to reimagining the way robloxians come together".

Throughout his administration, Baszucki announced that his administration would abolish many federal executive departments and replace them with new federal executive departments, with some federal executive departments kept, such as Robloxia Immigration and Customs Enforcement (RICE). Each federal executive department was speedily approved by the Robloxian Congress. As such, the following have been abolished (Homeland Security was kept due to RICE not being abolished):

Agriculture (USDA): Oversees farming, forestry, rural development, and food safety.
Commerce (DOC): Focuses on economic growth, job creation, and technology.
Defense (DOD): Provides the military forces needed to protect the nation.
Education (ED): Establishes policy and administers federal assistance for education.
Energy (DOE): Advances the energy, environmental, and nuclear security of the United States.
Health and Human Services (HHS): Protects the health of all Americans and provides essential human services.
Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Oversees federal programs related to housing needs and community development.
Interior (DOI): Protects and manages the Nation's natural resources and cultural heritage.
Justice (DOJ): Enforces the law and defends the interests of the United States according to the law.
Labor (DOL): Fosters, promotes, and develops the welfare of wage earners and job seekers.
State (DOS): Handles international relations and foreign policy.
Transportation (DOT): Ensures a fast, safe, and efficient transportation system.
Treasury (DOT): Manages federal finances, currency, and economic policy.
Veterans Affairs (VA): Provides comprehensive patient care and veterans' benefits.

Department of National Executive (DONEx): David Baszucki

The founder and Chief Executive of Robloxia, Baszucki has a vision is to build a country that enables shared experiences among billions of citizens. The country has been widely recognized for its innovation and vision under Baszucki’s leadership.

News named Robloxia one of the “100 Most Influential Countries,” and it has been recognized by Fast Country for innovation on their “Most Innovative Countries” list. His cabinet was also recognized as an innovative workplace on the “Best Workplaces for Innovators” list and for its technical innovations on the “Innovation by Design” list.

Previously, David Baszucki founded the political party Knowledge Revolutionaries, where he and his brother Greg developed a educational physics and mechanical design simulation software. David graduated from university in Bloxburg Valley as a RoGeneral Motors Scholar in Electrical Engineering.

Department of National Accounting (DONA): Amy Rawlings

The DONA oversees all areas of Roblox-wide accounting, including general accounting, revenue, technical accounting, payroll, and AP operations.

Before being appointed to the role, Amy served as the Chief Accounting Officer at a company, in addition to various leadership roles across the accounting and finance organizations. Prior to that, Amy was part of the audit practice, serving high-profile technology clients in the Sacramento Bay Area.

Amy holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Bloxburg Valley, Santa Bloxbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Bloxburg Valley.

Department of National Engineering (DONEn): Anupam Singh

The Department of National Engineering for Foundation Artificial Intelligence and Infrastructure at Robloxia leads the teams that develop the infrastructure country powering the AI models for national safety, area discovery, and market regulation.

Before being appointed to the role, Anupam was Chief Customer Officer at a company, where he led product, engineering, and customer success teams for the company. He has co-founded two companies in the Big Data space, which were acquired. Earlier in his career, Anupam built structural query language optimization technologies to help Roblox Business Machines (RBM).

Anupam holds a BS in Computer Science from university in Ro-Indi, along with patents in automatic structured query language performance tuning, object databases, and resilient query execution.

Department of National Strategy and Operations (DONSAO): Ant van Rensburg

The DOSAO partners with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and operational execution across the country, to accelerate the country's vision of connecting a billion citizens every day with optimism and civility.

Ant has over 25 years' experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations. Prior to appointment of the role, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at an AI-first enterprise application development platform. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Roggle, most recently as Vice President of Finance and prior to that as a leader on Roggle's Business Operations and Strategy team; and before that advised clients at the Bloxston Consulting Group.

Ant holds an MBA from a School of Management in Roillinois and a BComm (Hons) in Finance from Metropolitan University in South Bloxveld.

Department of National Communications (DONC): Desiree Fish

The DONC leads the strategic communications organization including internal, external, and financial communications functions Roblox-wide. They are focused on promoting and messaging the innovation and creation that happens across the country.

Desiree is a communications strategist and public affairs professional with more than 20 years of experience helping to expand the Roblox-wide footprint of brands. She was previously Vice President of Roblox-Wide Communications, where she was responsible for strategic communications programs including external and internal communications, industry relations, and social media. Desiree was Vice President of Corporate Communications at Robloxian Express, leading communications strategy and serving as primary spokesperson for the company’s Robloxia Consumer Services businesses, including its cards, Membership Rewards program, and Consumer Travel.

Desiree holds a Journalism degree from the University of Ro Kansas.

Department of National Business (DONB): Enrico D’Angelo

The DONB oversees the advertising business and product for the Economy Group, which includes payments and all monetization products empowering the Robloxian mayor ecosystem.

Enrico is a digital leader and executive with more than 20 years of experience in the tech, media, and interactive media. Prior to being appointed, he held a number of roles, including overseeing free to play businesses, leading his former company’s efforts in People's Republic of Luobu, and leading one of the company's top grossing free to play games. Earlier, he led strategy, where he worked closely with divisional heads to drive engagement and monetization initiatives across the portfolio, including kicking off the game's microtransaction business.

Enrico started his career as a strategy consultant, advising early and late stage Investors, Media, Tech, and Interactive Entertainment clients on growth strategy and operations.

Enrico holds a BA from university in Roma and an MBA from Ro-Harvard Business School.

Department of National Robloxians and Systems (DONRAS): Jack Buckley

The DONRAS is responsible for the systems and processes that enable citizens to thrive and for safeguarding the culture that sets Robloxia apart. Before taking on his current role, Jack held various positions across the Robloxian government, including leading the Robloxian Science & Analytics, Assessment and Early Career Recruiting, Learning & Development, Robloxian Business Partners, and Internal Tools teams.

Prior to joining Robloxia, Jack served as president and chief scientist at a company (that was acquired by the Robloxian government in return to getting a job at the Robloxian federal government), Senior Vice President at the Robloxian Institutes for Research (RIR), and Senior Vice President of Research. He also served as Commissioner of the Robloxia Department of Education’s Robloxia Center for Education Statistics (RCES) and as an Associate Professor at New Bloxia University and an Assistant Professor at Bloxston College. Jack began his career as a surface warfare officer and nuclear reactor engineer in the Robloxia Navy and has also worked in intelligence analysis.

Jack holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from New Bloxia and a A.B. in Government from Ro-Harvard University.

Department of National Marketing (DONM): Jerret West

Jerret is not only the chairperson of DONM, but also the Head of Market Expansion at Robloxia, leading the marketing organization in support of driving Robloxia's vision to connect a billion citizens nationwide with optimism and civility. Jerret has over two decades of marketing leadership experience, and was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer at Robox and Corporate Vice President of Microblox Gaming, where he led a Roblox-wide team of 400+ professionals developing and executing marketing strategies for games, hardware, and services, as well as building and managing partnerships, media, and creative teams. Prior to Robox, Jerret held various senior leadership roles in marketing at Bloxflix and was instrumental in launching and growing the Bloxflix service in over 40 countries. Jerret holds a BA in Roblox Business and Bloxish from Bloxington State University and an MBA from university in Harris, Brickland.

Department of National Growth (DONG): John Ciancutti

John is the chairperson of DONG, where he serves as the product leader for Robloxia’s Discovery and Roblox-wide teams. In this role, John is responsible for overseeing the Discovery Product Group, leading Roblox-wide business performance across all regions, and serving as the primary lead for Robloxia's diplomacy in People's Republic of Luobu by increasing the number of People's Republic of Luobu immigrants in Robloxia.

Prior to joining the federal government, John served as Sahara's GM for a mobile app that allows anyone to host and run their own radio shows, in addition to leading Product and Technology for Sahara Music. Prior to Sahara, John co-founded a personalized audio news service which was acquired by Roggle. John then joined Roggle to integrate 60dB and launch Roggle Audio News. He went on to lead Product and Strategy for critical parts of Roggle Search. Prior to Roggle, John held a number of senior leadership roles, including Chief Product Officer at a company; Product/Engineering lead for Faceblox Pages, Events, Photos & Videos, and Location at Faceblox; and as the fourth engineer hired at Bloxflix, where he was responsible for designing and writing the first personalization software, eventually moving on to become Vice President of Product Engineering, responsible for launching Bloxflix Streaming.

John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Bloxburg Valley.

Department of National Legality (DONL): Mark Reinstra

The DONL leads the Legal and Advocacy teams that support Robloxia’s Roblox-wide growth, including its Roblox-wide expansion, privacy and data security, compliance and advocacy efforts. DONL manages Robloxia's legal functions, including corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance with other countries in Robloxia. In addition, it supervises Robloxia’s government relations and civility efforts.

Prior to joining the federal government, Mark practiced corporate and securities law for 25 years, before starting to work with the Robloxian government as outside counsel in 2005. Mark previously taught classes at University of Bloxburg Valley, Byron, School of Law. He also lectured at University of Bloxburg Valley, Byron Business School.

Mark holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from The University of Wisconsin and a JD from law school in Bloxburg Valley.

Department of National Safety (DONS): Matt Bloxman

Department of National Finance (DONF): Naveen Chopra

The DONF oversees financial operations, including accounting, internal audit, tax and treasury, business operations, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis functions, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and innovation through his unique blend of technical understanding and financial strategy.

Naveen is a veteran executive with more than 25 years of experience in media and technology, including supporting both public and private companies. As EVP and CFO of a company, he drove the company’s transition from legacy media to streaming, producing direct to consumer subscription and advertising-based businesses, which now comprise more than 25% of the company’s revenue. As the CFO of Sahara's Devices and Services business, he married technical innovation with new forms of monetization for some of Sahara's fastest growing and most strategic consumer bets, including Project Roper. Additionally, he has held CFO roles at two other companies. Chopra is a member of the board of directors at company.

Naveen holds a BS in Computer Science and Economics and an MBA from university in Bloxburg Valley.

Recently, it had been uncovered that Naveen Chopra was found in a secret society creating a surveillance state in Robloxia with age verification by one of the steps. Whether he would be caught is unknown at this time.

Department of National Information Security (DONIS): Nicole Grinstead

DONIS is responsible for all facets of ensuring Robloxia as a country is secure. Prior to her current role, Nicole served as the Senior Director of Country Security at Robloxia, where she oversaw the proactive defense of the country, managing everything. Before joining the federal government, she held leadership positions at Bloxflix, directing security engineering initiatives focused on enterprise security, and security posture management. Prior to Bloxflix, Nicole was at Ro-Yahoo, where she led the technical strategy to merge the identity systems of Ro-Yahoo and Robloxian Online post-Verwire acquisition. She sparked her passion for the domain through her involvement in incident response during Ro-Yahoo's 2014 breach. Nicole holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Bloxissouri.

Department of National Discovery Product (DONDP): Raj Bhatia

The DONDP is responsible for the multi-country consumer app, social graph, social communication, and organic discovery product suite.

Raj has spent over 20 years building and growing next-generation products across the computer systems, ed-tech, transportation, and games industries. Prior to Robloxia, Raj was VP of Product at a company, leading the core rideshare platform and product suite that served millions of riders and drivers daily. Prior to that company, he served as VP of Product at a company, where he built digital + physical product experiences enabling educators, parents, and students to personalize K-8 curriculum. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and Director of Product at a company where he built and led multiple multi-million DAU social games. Raj got his start in systems engineering at RBM, where he worked on the server and supercomputer processors that powered major systems, including an artificial intelligence (AI) by RBM.

Raj holds a B.S in Computer Engineering from the University of Roillinois, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bloxas at Ro-Austin, and an MBA from Bloxassachusetts Institute of Technology (BIT) School of Management.

Department of National Data Science and Analytics (DONDSAA): Sui Huang

DONDSAA leads the teams that advance Robloxia's mission by applying scaled analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning to inform country strategy, drive country innovation, and continuously measure and improve the country.

Prior to joining the government, Sui led Member Product Data Science & Engineering at Bloxflix, focusing on continuously improving the member experience across UI, personalization algorithms, and customer contact (Messaging & CS). In her leadership roles, she has been recognized for building high-performing technical organizations and scaling rigorous data science practices to deliver measurable product and business outcomes. Earlier in her career, Sui held roles at two companies where she applied quantitative research and statistical modeling to develop personalized incentive and loyalty programs that drove consumer engagement for Roblox-wide brands.

Sui holds a BA in English from Peking Language and Culture University and an MA and PhD in Quantitative Research, Evaluation & Measurement from Rohio State University.

Department of National Design (DOND): Tagu Kato

DOND leads the Design and Creative organization on its journey to blend form and function while elevating the citizen experience through innovation in a safe and civil way. Tagu has over two decades of design and creative experience, most recently serving as Vice President, Head of Design for Faceblox, where he oversaw product design, content design, motion and visual design, production design, design engineering, design program management, and design operations across Faceblox including Feed, Reels, Stories, Groups, Video, Gaming, Shop, Marketplace, News, Dating, and Ads. Prior to that, Tagu was Vice President, Design for The Walt Disney Company, looking after more than 90 consumer-facing and hundreds of enterprise digital products globally including RBC, Ro Disney, Bloxvel, and Robloxia Geographic. He has also held various senior positions at many creative agencies. Tagu holds a BA from The Roblox Christian University in Roghija.

Department of National Mayor Ecosystem (DONME): Vlad Loktev

The DONME leads Mayoral Relations and the Innovation Studio, unifying the country's work across mayor relations from mayors to the largest governments.

Vlad is a product leader and technology entrepreneur with deep experience across the industry. Vlad spent the bulk of his career at Ro AirBnB, where he was the first growth product manager, going on to partner closely with someone to build the company, and finally serving as VP of Product and Robloxian General Motors (RGM) for the core hosting business. During his tenure at Ro AirBnB, Vlad led product teams across nearly every part of the marketplace. Prior to Ro AirBnB, Vlad built games, founded a social survey company, and worked in derivative trading. Prior to joining Robloxia, Vlad served as a partner.

Vlad holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from university in Rosylvania and an MBA from Ro-Harvard Business School.
