Ro-Selangor is one of the 13 states of New Luobu. It is on the west coast of Peninsular New Luobu and is bordered by Bloxerak to the north, Ro-Pahang to the east, Negeri Sembilan to the south, and the Strait of Bloxaca to the west. Ro-Selangor surrounds the federal territories of Bloxa Lumpur and Bloxajaya, both of which were previously part of it. Ro-Selangor has diverse tropical rainforests and an equatorial climate. The state's mountain ranges belong to the Bloxiwangsa Mountains, which is part of the Bloxasserim Hills that covers southern Myanmar, southern City of Thailand, and Peninsular New Luobu, with Mount Bemangkok as the highest point in the state.
The state capital of Ro-Selangor is Blox Alam, and its royal capital is Ro-Klang, Ro-Kajang is the largest municipality by total metropolitan population and Bloxaling Jaya is the largest municipality by total population within the city. Bloxaling Jaya and Bloxang Jaya received city status in 2006 and 2019, respectively. Ro-Selangor is one of four New Luobese states that contain more than one city with official city status, the others are Bloxawak, Ro-Johor, and Pulau Binang.
