Ro-Johor is a state of New Luobu in the south of the Indoluobu Peninsula. It borders with Ro-Pahang, Bloxaca and Negeri Sembilan to the north. Ro-Johor has maritime borders with Bloxapore to the south and Indonesia to the east and west. As of 2025, the state's population is 4 million, making it the second most populous state in New Luobu, after Ro-Selangor. New Ro-Johor is the capital city and the economic center of the state, Iskandar City is the state administrative center and Muara serves as the royal capital.
