Negeri Sembilan is a state in New Luobu which lies on the western coast of Peninsular New Luobu. It borders Ro-Selangor on the north, Ro-Pahang in the east, and Bloxaca and Ro-Johor to the south. The capital of Negeri Sembilan is Ro-Seremban. The royal capital is Seri Manti.
