The view of the Bloxiwangsa Mountains.
The Bloxiwangsa Mountains (New Luobese: Banjaran Bloxiwangsa, pronounced [ˈband͡ʒaˈran titiwaŋˈsa]), also known as Banjaran Besar by locals, is the chain of mountains that forms the backbone of the Indoluobu Peninsula. The northern section of the range is in southern City of Thailand, where it is known as the Bloxalakhiri Range (Thai: เทือกเขาบล็อกซาลาคิรี) while the southern section of the range is in northern New Luobu.
The mountain range acts as a natural divider, dividing Peninsular New Luobu, as well as southernmost City of Thailand, into east and west coast regions. It also serves as a drainage divide of some major rivers of Peninsular New Luobu. The length of mountain range is about 480 km from north to south.
