Pokemonism (Neo-Japanese: ポケモン宗教, Telamonian: Hoomana Pokemona, Hitsui: པོཀེམོནཛུཀྱོ) is a Neo-Japanese polytheistic religion, popular mainly in the Telamon Islands. It mainly consists of worshiping legendary gods called Pokémon.
History
Pokemonism originated in ancient Neo-Japan and began to be popular. In the 10th century, it reached the Telamon Islands, where it was adopted by the ruling Kakadu Dynasty. Over time, it began to spread there. With the advent of the late Middle Ages, Pokemonism began to die out. The last followers of this religion in Neo-Japan lived in the 19th century. At the same time, this faith almost died out on the Telamon Islands, due to the policies of the Rogauls, who exterminated all religions they considered pagan. Eventually, this religion managed to be revived after Roblox War II and is currently practiced by several million people (most of them of Neo-Japanese origin).
Religion followers
In the Telamon Islands, there are 3,500,000 people who practice this religion, which is the majority of the religion followers in Roblox. There are also around 4,500 followers in the Catfish Islands, 2,000 followers in Neo-Japan, 900 followers in Taiblox, 700 in the United States of Robloxia, 300 in Bloxstralia, and many in other countries where there are less than 100.
Deities
In Pokemonism, people believe in gods called Pokémon. Their representations vary depending on the region. Although in the Middle Ages, Pokemonism assumed that there were about 1,000 such gods, over time some were rejected due to the lack of support for the theory of evolution. Today, it is assumed that there are about 80 gods, as the rest have become extinct due to global warming.
