The Noob Citizen Blacklist is a list that blacklists citizens of the DSWN to return to the DSWN or travel to the DSWN. The blacklist also includes people with Noob ethnicity. The Noob Citizen Blacklist was made by JJW in an unknown date in 2025 to deter anyone among the population who is offensive to the DSWN to leave or never return back. The list applies to dead individuals and also certain groups.
