Main article: Edward (Lovely World)

Having previously lived in the real-world, Edward was a student at Pacific Grove High School who works for a group that roams the city and enters abandoned buildings. One day, Edward discovers a portal that transports him to the digital world, where he initially struggles to adjust to the new environment before meeting his friends and establishing a town that he and his friends quickly expand with new buildings. However, he is frequently the target of "Z", who attacks him and his group in an attempt to kill him for unknown reasons. As a result, during a raid on Edward's World, he engages in a battle with "Z" and eventually defeats him, effectively ending the latter's leadership of a terrorist organization that has now been exposed, and saving the world from his planned attacks. His seemingly impossible actions propelled him to global fame, and even after the group disbanded, he became one of the world's most influential people, earning him the title of "True Hero of the Century". A year later, Edward contacts his friends to arrange a meeting during "Z"'s unexpected return and to make plans for world peace, which has become his most important goal. After winning a landslide election against Daniel, his rival, Edward became leader of his own village, which he renamed Greentown.
