Lanakila Kakadu II (1919-1993) was a Telamonian businessman and a staff sergeant in the Telamonian Armed Forces. He was the first son of Lanakila Mikala (1st president of Telamon Islands) and Iole Ono.
Military career
When his father created the Legions of the Sun with Kaleikaumaka Wilama, Lanakila Kakadu II joined them in 1936 as a private. He was quickly promoted to sergeant. From 1938, he was mentioned in documents as a staff sergeant. In 1941, he took part in Liberation of Manakapa and then joined the newly formed army, carrying the same rank. He participated in the Battle of the Noobian Sea, where he was wounded.
He took early retirement in 1951. He briefly returned to service in 1957, taking part in the defense of the Parliament building in South Point during the Kanakala's Coup.
Family
In 1940, he married Fini Aloha. They had 4 children, including Lanakila Kakadu III.
