Interblox 9999 was one of Robloxia's most useless Interbloxes in the country. It was the only four-digit Interblox to ever be created until Interblox 7719 (Pumas Freeway) was made.
It was built in 1990 as a connection to Interblox 80 and former Roblox City in Western Robloxia. It would serve many travelers in its years of service. Despite it being an interstate, it was not approved by the Robloxian Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials due to the fact they only wanted Interbloxes to have less than four digits. As a result, the interblox would be relinquished to the state of Western Robloxia to manage, which turned it into Western Robloxia State Route 9999. It is used as a turnaround point for drivers and to get one look at the remains of Roblox City, which means this interblox was mostly unused. Nowadays, this Interblox does not connect to anything. After Interblox 7719 was made, the interblox has reopened. It is now accessible from Builderman Hotel to Roblox City (although damages, people can still see the remains there). The Robloxian Association of State Highway has granted this Interblox as a Tourist Interblox Highway and has reapproved it (since IH7719 was built and approved)
