David "Builderman" Baszucki, serving as the 32nd president of Robloxia, was impeached on May 23, 2026 by the Robloxia Congress, for the first time. Among the impeachment articles included: coup d'état, violating the Robloxian constitution, violating robloxian rights, abuse of power, inciting riots and rebellion against the country, complicity in the murder of civilians, corruption, unjustified arrests of opposition figures, disregard for court rulings, using position to spread false information, a number of defamations and slanders, and many others. There was an impeachment article that was widely disputed on whether it should be brought to Donald Trumpblox or David Baszucki since May 18, namely inciting an insurrection, but later, it was found to be on both, as while Trumpblox was accused of incitement of insurrection, Baszucki appeared on the smear advertisement that was played by Donald Trumpblox and had a similar incitatory tone, but Trumpblox was not a chief executive, and thus, did not receive impeachment.
The impeachment proceedings were the result of President-Elect John Y. Puma filing a motion for impeachment and then submitting the articles of impeachment to the Robloxia Congress. There were concerns that the Robloxia Congress would be unable to conduct the impeachment on May 23 due to the destruction of its default building and that it should be moved to June 2 when the building was built. The most prominent among robloxians spreading them were Corporatists, Conservatives, and, unsurprisingly, the independent chikorita152e, which is now described as centrist by the press; while she was liberal for suggesting a second vote be done to determine ineligibility for public office, she noted that the Robloxian Congress could not convene in its typical location and decided to conservatively wait until the building was reconstructed. Ultimately, the Robloxia Congress decided to host it online, and chikorita152e suggested a transparent version, which was to have citizens participate the impeachment process due to misrepresentation (100% Corporatist Congress but very few Corporatists nationwide), once again showing the centrism of the Independent Party.
Of the Congressmen who voted, nearly 89% voted for impeachment, while about 11% voted against. Of all those present, 10% skipped the vote. This meant that 80% of the Robloxian Congress had vocally and effectively voted to impeach the president, which readily exceeds the 67% required to impeach the president. David Baszucki was removed from office, making this the second successful impeachment in Robloxian history, and the first time the removal of the president from the Blox House was done by the Robloxia Citizens Militia, which transferred him to a federal prison, where he would be sentenced for five years here. Upon the request for a concession speech, he planned to continue to become a candidate of the 2032 United States of Robloxia Presidential Elections, but since he was in the retirement age threshold since 2025, he has began questioning whether he should even announce candidacy. Due to the fact that members of Baszucki's cabinet signed a document stating the vice president Fidel Klaasen's inability to perform his duties due to his capture when attempting to negotiate for age checks in Bloxjiado arguing to make the country as safe as Robloxia and the 22nd Amendment in the former Robloxian Constitution being invoked despite the absence of it now, the acting head of government turned into the Speaker of the House of Representatives, with the oldest in seniority Senate member from the Corporatist Party as his deputy, John Sams, which was well received due to the fact he was originally a Corporatist and a supporter of Baszucki until he found out his Congress was not fully Corporatist as he once suspected as revealed in a 2026 Early Election Act that had Corporatists somehow supporting elections even though Baszucki was against public-facing elections in favor of his Board of Director-facing ones.
