The United States of Robloxia House of Representatives is a chamber of the bicameral Robloxia Congress; it is the lower house, with the Robloxia Senate being the upper house. Together, the House and Senate have the authority under Article One of the U.S. Constitution in enumerated matters to pass or defeat federal government legislation, known as bills. It is made up of 435 representatives from all of Robloxia's states.
Unlike the Senate, the seats in the House of Representatives for a given state are based on population, and elections to the House of Representatives are held every two years. The House's exclusive powers include initiating all revenue bills, impeaching federal officers, and electing the president if no candidate receives a majority of votes in the Electoral College. David Baszucki tried to give life terms to all of its representatives when he proposed an executive order to repeal the Government Terms Limits Act, saying that an election could only occur if an representative resigns or passes away, but that executive order was rescinded and later a compromise was offered: life terms but only if they keep on winning elections.
Each member of Congress has the legislative initiative. It is then considered by the appropriate committee, which can pass it on. In this case, the bill is voted on in the chamber in which the legislative initiative was used, and then, if it is passed, in the other. If two versions of the bill are passed, a special committee is established to make a unified version. Then the bill goes to the president, who can sign it, which means the bill becomes law. He can also use the right of veto, in which case the bill is not signed. Congress can overturn the presidential veto by a ~67% majority in both chambers. Then the bill becomes law despite the presidential veto.
On November 5, 2025, the Robloxia House of Representatives had a unanimity for the first time in its recorded history of the Robloxian nation, with all 435 members being Corporatist as a result of Baszucki's executive order to pack the Robloxia Congress and remove the speaker, majority/minority leaders/whips role definitions in the Robloxian government. Despite this, many Robloxians argue there still exists an speaker, a majority leader, and a majority whip, with the concept of a minority leader and whip being lost.
