Sol Command, or also known as Star Command, is the primary spacefaring organisation of the URC and the GlJD. Sol Command is a transgovernmental/supranational interplanetary military, exploration, and defense organization in the URC, and is the only legitimate governmental organisation to have a military power in space, alongside the numerous companies. Serving as the governing body for spacefaring missions, tactical operations, and the licensing of Space Soldiers who protect the Blox System from threats and undertake long-range exploration.

History

Long before the days of organisations like the GFA, when even famous people like Luna Schwartz and AndroidTan were ordinary names amongst billions, the Blox System was a mosaic of scattered expeditions and rival space agencies. Explorers, pilots, and military advisors drifted from planet to moon, often acting in isolation or under national governments trying to run a spacefaring military that dissolved after skirmishes with threats like drones and stations. In the early 2000's, a crisis began to emerge: space agencies began to sabotage drones, fit illicit and devastating weaponry on satellites like nuclear warheads, probes vanished, astronauts fell silent, and a creeping sense of dread spread through the public. With the suspicions growing and growing more larger, the secret could no longer be contained anymore, The people demanded answers, and they wanted them now.

Until in December 2001, An astrophysicist and former Robloxian Military commander named Angelina Vesper proposed a unifying framework to protect explorers and civilians alike from natural and man-made threats in space. She studied the proposed Cold War-era "Space War" aspects of armed satellites and shuttles, between Robloxia and the Tovokian Union, and theorised that a centralised, disciplined organization could coordinate exploration, defense, and rescue missions across millions of miles. Her hypothesis: a single, standardized command with rigorous training, shared protocols, and technologies would reduce risk and maximize collective resilience across the nations of Roblox, thus the Sol Command Charter of 2001 was signed by numerous URC members. In 2012, the Global Furry Agency and several pro-furry governmental entities like the UKNJ would become members and allies to be integrated and familiarised with the structure of Sol Command.

Organisation and Structure

Sol Command Implies a hierarchical structure with cadets, lieutenants, captains, and higher officers. A typical Space Soldier's journey is anchored in SC's rigorous training program. Cadets undergo physio-psychological conditioning, tactical simulations, piloting, and mission planning to prove they belong among the URC's elite space protectors. Sol Command maintains central command and control facilities where mission briefs, satellite/station allocations, and strategic decisions are coordinated. Their central HQ is part of the URC building in New Blockers City, although they do have a seperate buildings in Brussels and Geneva, the latter is where their new HQ is located after SJ-2025-BLOX would impact without warning in August of 2025.

Sol Command also has many engineers, scientists and even occasional busniessfurs working at the organisation, one such engineer was Micha Snowy.

The Sturmvogel Test

On the 14th of July, 2019, AndroidTan was appointed to test the Sturmvogel XL-01 space fighter as the already selected candidate, Seth EZ fell sick with a virus. The fighter involved a unarmed version of the ship. It was meant to test "Translight Crystals", to achieve speeds between lightspeed and normal space, to travel millions of miles in quick succession within a realistic span of time. During the test, AndroidTan pushed the engines to Translight, but the crystal became unstable, causing the ship to fly off course, but he managed to land it safely. The unstable crystal was due to improper fuel mixture.

Good morning sir, your objective today is to test our Translight Crystal we embedded onboard the XL-01, we need to see if it could actually reach lightspeed. So we expect high stress, Good luck.

*Engine slows*

AndroidTan (AT): Navi (Ship navigation AI) pull up the flight plan please

NAVI (full of static): hElLo, I'Am yOur nA-

AT: Ugh AI Units *takes the NAVI out and blows into it, then puts it back*

NAVI (Clear) Hello, I am you Navigational AI Unit, Call me "Navi"

AT: Ready the flight plan please Navi!

NAVI: Certainly! *Shows flight plan on ECAM* Your mission is to accelerate through deep space, slingshot around the Sun, then through the Deceleration Tractor Beam Buoys, then back to Roblox. Target flight time, 4 minutes, 23 seconds.

Mission Control: Stormbird, you are clear for translight jump

AT: Copy control, initiating transjump.

*starts engines again*

*Target Sight trills with the "Locked on" tone, AndroidTan closes his helmet visor and switches a dial to the Transjump button*

AT: Here we go *presses button*

*engines ignite then jumps to half-translight space*

Navi: Approaching 50% Transpeed

AT: Fuel stable, Increasing speed to .6C *pushes throttle lever*

*engines whine, then accelerate*

Navi: 60% Transpeed.

*As AndroidTan gets close to the Sun, he drops the ship's sunshield as he slingshots around the star*

AT: Increasing speed to .7C

*engines accelerate louder*

Navi: 70% Transpeed

AT: Fuel stable!

*As AndroidTan exits the vicinity of the Sun, he disables the sunshield on his canopy*

AT: Approaching .8C, PUSHING TO TRANSLIGHT SPEED!

*Explosion*

*The Sturmvogel drops out of Transpace and veers a hard left*

Navi: Failure in Engine 1!

Navi: Fuel cell unstable!

AT: Navi, status!

Navi: Trajectory error, +4 Degrees. Failure to course correct will result in missing the buoys, we'll fly off into deep space, resulting in certain death.

AT: (sarcastically) Yes, thank you

Navi: Ejection is your only option *flips up Eject button cover*

AT: No no, i can do it! *flips cover down*

*AndroidTan grabs his gear, a starchart and pen*

Navi: Warning! You have 26 seconds to course correct, you now have 25 seconds to course correct, you now have-

AT: Shut it and stop counting, just leave it on the ECAM Display!.

Navi: I'm sorry, my safety protocols prohibit me from terminating countdo-

AT: AI slop!

Navi: Mission failure imminent, please record your last words *beeps*

AT: May hell stay beneath us.

Navi: *playing recording* May hell stay beneath us. If you are satisfied with this recording, speak or select "1"

AT: Navi! push the engines all the way! MAXIMUM POWER!

Navi: That action is inadvisable, Fuel cell detonation-

AT: Is exactly what i'm counting on!

*Speed rises as the crystal reach 80% Destabilized - Criticality alarm wails*

Navi: Situation Critical!

*AndroidTan looks at his sights, as he comes within range of the buoys*

AT: "Control this is Sturmvogel, Requesting a Code-47 response! Fuel deemed unusable."

Navi: Fuel cell approaching peak capacity!

AT: Open the fuel door Navi!

Navi: I'm sorry, i didn't quite catch that, please restate your command.

AT: OPEN, FUEL, DOOR!

*Fuel door opens*

Navi: Detonation in 5, 4, 3.

*AndroidTan has his finger on the "FUEL CELL EJECT" button*

Navi: 2, 1.

AT: NOW! 

*The Translight crystal fuel cell flies out the ship, detonating moments later, the force of the blast allows the Sturmvogel to get within the range of the buoys, slowing the ship.

AT: "Control, Crystal ejected. On Direct course back to Sol Command Test Base."

*The jet re-enters Roblox and on direct route to the airstrip*

Navi: Course corrected, you failed to reach translight speed

AT: Didn't need to hear that Navi.

Navi: You didn't hear that? Oh I'm sorry, I'll repeat, You failed to reach-

AT: I DIDN'T FUCKING ASK.

AT: *He removes the NAVI Dongle before NAVI got a chance to speak and throws it out*

*the Sturmvogel comes to a stop on the airstrip, as trucks with sirens blaring race by, and as ground crews tend to the ship*

The XL-15 Test

In mid-2024, an Avian pilot, Mollie Psittacus tested the final lineage of the XL-series, the XL-15 "Starfire" for a transpeed test, although this was denied by SC higher ups, as previous tests resulted in fuel cell explosions and even pilots that lost their lives, but because transpeed crystal fusion formulas heavily improved over time, Mollie was determined to show Sol Command that rescues in the far reaches of the Blox System were possible. Though she disobeyed direct protocol, her feats were deemed acceptable and she was allowed to continue her duties. Her legacy was a stark reminder of that the only limit for a robloxian is their imagination, and her work continued to ensure safe rescues of astronauts in the far reaches of the Blox System.

Mission Control: XL-15, you are in direct violation of Sol Command Protocol number 3-68-niner, cease your activity at once!

*The security guards rush over and see Mollie in the cockpit*

Security: OPEN THIS HATCH! Wai- Commander! It's, It's, It's Captain Psittacus!

Mollie: *salutes awkwardly*

Mission Control: Mollie? Well get her outta there!

Security: *activates taser baton* Stop what you're doing and put your hands over your head!

*Mollie then flips a lever, lifting the ship on the conveyer to the upright launch position*

*The security guards fall, one of them is winded as he hits a metal pipe*

Security 2: *wheezes* backup, need backup!

Mission Control: Get the MP patrol!

*"Alarm Meme" alert plays*

*The MP's grab their weapons*

MP: Alright team! Let's move!

Mission Control: Override the silo doors! She isn't going anywhere! *Flips Override switch*

MC: You, over there! Get Furry Headquarters on the line!

*An MC operator picks up a phone, dialing Division GLOBAL-FAH's number*

GFA Operator: "You have reached the FHQ  Hotline. How may I assist you?"

*The silo doors then stop closing*

Mollie: Huh Wuh? *Presses the "CLOSE" button rapidly*

NAVI: Unauthorised! (repeatedly)

Mollie: Just, c’mon I’m a sitting duck here! Wait!

*She inserts her talon into the "Emergency Door Override" switch*

MC: Wait, what's happening???

MC 2: She overrode the override!

MC: HOW?

Mollie: *preps systems*

*The doors then close before the MP's can get through*

MP: OPEN THE-

*Mollie then slams the "Launch" button*

MC: *on radio* Mollie, MOLLIE!!!, I know you can hear me birdbrain! RETURN THE SHIP TO BASE RIGHT NOW, OR SO HELP ME-

Mollie: Can you shut that guy up NAVI?

NAVI: Incoming Communications: Blocked

Mollie: Alright Navi, let's break this transpeed barrier in the name of science and saving lives in the future!

*The XL-15 jumps into subspace, performing a gravity assist from the Sun*

Navi: Approaching 70% Transpeed

*Mollie accelerates, this time, her target is to slingshot around Kostrix.*

NAVI: Approaching 80% Transpeed

Mollie: Fuel Stable!

NAVI: 90% Transpeed

*Suddenly, a bright flash of light engulfs Mollie's FOV, signifying she's made a successful Transpeed jump, she then slingshots around Kostrix*

NAVI: (Distorted) 100% Transpeeeeeeeeeeeed~

Mollie: (highly disoriented) Ah~ Ah~ oh~ ah~ Ah~ UUUUUUUAAAAAAHHHAAAA!!!!!!

*She then jumps out of transpeed, and the Tractor Beam Buoys slow her down back to Roca Chica

NAVI: Congratulations Captian Psittacus, you have achieved transpeed *plays Roblox victory SFX*

Mollie: HA! *then realises her velocity is still very high*

NAVI: Caution, Overspeed!

Mollie: Oh shit! 

*Mollie pulls the airbrake, then she lands on the airstrip at full reverse thrust*

Mollie: whew *opens the canopy*

Mollie: I did it! I DID IT! *Jumps out of the cockpit* Hey everyone! I did it! I achieved transpeed!

*However, instead of celebration, she's greeted by a group of unhappy SC higher-ups, and GFA Units aiming guns at her*

MC: Mollie, *Walks up to her* Abandoning your post, disobeying direct protocol, stealing an experimental spacecraft, *grabs her breasts* I ought to throw you in the stockade! BUT, since the GFA witnessed your feat, i'm giving you the rank to stay within the SC structure, but count yourself lucky that succeeded, otherwise you would have been on your way to a court-martial already, Do I make myself clear birdie?

Mollie: Sir, Yes Sir, can you by any chance, let go of my breasts?

MC: Um, oh, uuh, sorry *blushes*

Trivia

• Although contradictory; Sol Command Sturmvogel's NAVI System can be removed but it is recommended to not be removed on danger situations to avoid blind ECAM actions^[1], however pilots are trained to utilize Code-47 incase of emergency NAVI malfunction.
  • AndroidTan was intended to use the former but later utilized Code-47 due to him requiring ECAM to conduct an emergency re-entry and landing at Sol Command Training Base.
• Their logo is the one seen in the 2022 Disney/Pixar film, "Lightyear", which this organisation is heavily inspired by, as well as the general concept of the iconic "Space Ranger" motifs used in the 2000 Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command TV show. The transcripts for the Sturmvogel incident and Mollie's XL-15 is also based off scenes in the 2022 movie.
• The old logo of Sol Command used to be an insignia of the WeltraummarineKorps from Wolfenstein, but ShinobuKochoIsMINE removed it.
• Angelina Vesper was actually a historian, hence how she managed to found the organisation without much help.
• 98 URC members are affiliated with Sol Command.
• Their motto is in Latin.
• During their 5-year anniversary founding, Romarkian pop group, The Comet Tails released their newest hit single "Weltraumsurfen" to hype up space exploration and the protection Sol Command has over the world, ensuring space can be safe.
• Most of the fighters are designs integrated into Robloxiapedia from the "Macross" franchise, the interceptors are from IRL Roblox game "Starscape"
• The NAVI system is inspired by "Lightyear's" autopilot system, IVAN, which is NAVI backwards.
• Macaw MX-13's and MX-07 Threshers run on efficient rocket thrusters rather than Avian-made non-newtonian fuel
