FOXTROT (Forced Operation to EX-Terminate Robloxian Obstructive Threats) is a high security prison complex and detention facility situated in Bloxartica. It was originally conceived by the Robloxian government to house its most dangerous criminals far away from the general public. It was approved in 2014 by the International Council on Bloxartica Affairs, which was controversial at the time due to the environmental impact (see below). Construction on the prison began in 2017 and the first units opened in 2019. The prison has become notorious for being the one of, if not the most secure prison facility on Roblox. FOXTROT is specifically used to house extremely dangerous criminals, like terrorist leaders, exploiters or other robloxians with anomalous attributes and syndicate leaders.
If you think you can imprison furries in FOXTROT - well you would be hit with one stroke of punishment, and we know that if you're hit, you'll be weeping on your way to hell. Director Night Wolf
If you think you can escape from FOXTROT - well, I'd like a hit of what you're smoking. Even if we took all the guards away, you wouldn't make it past the second floor.Jackson Jiang
Structure
FOXTROT is built into a crater, on a strip of land that is connected by a temporary ice bridge during the winter months (June-November), while during the summer, the ice bridge melts and the island appears unconnected. The vast majority of the facility is beneath sea level, however there are a number of buildings located on the surface. Most of the cell blocks are located underground, but according to 2025 satellite data, there are at least 10 cell blocks on the surface.
Below ground, FOXTROT is split into eight floors. Inmates held on the floors closest to the surface have more freedom. The first three floors are office spaces and databases, as well as inmate processing rooms. The temporary holding cells for new arrivals is located on the second floor. Aside from serving as a prison, the intense security of FOXTROT means that international agreements are often made within the facility, and many classified pieces of data are stored on its database, although it is unclear where this is located.
The other five floors are all cell blocks. The most dangerous criminals with the toughest sentencing are at the bottom, whilst the less dangerous criminals are held closer to the surface. Criminals on the deepest floor are not allowed to even see natural light. According to soldiers who worked at the site, solitary confinement cells were located on the second to last floor (presumably the fourth floor below surface). The prison has a reinforced glass dome roof, which wraps around the centre and sides of the underground portion of the prison. The underground area is shaped cylindrically. Most of the office spaces, cells, wards and other rooms are held within the rocky terrain of the mountains that surround the facility. According to WaveyBloxx, a designer who helped build the facility, the complex was designed to 'withstand the force of 1000 nuclear warheads."
Each floor’s connector has the ability to rotate on their x-axis'. The prison’s connectors rotate in a random direction every night. This is done to disorientate, confuse and control the prisoners, as the unpredictability of their surroundings would make them more insecure, while guards use maps to navigate the complex.
The Prison has at least 1,500 Robloxian guards, although the exact number is classified, with an extra 1000 Furry Headquarters security androids donated as a gift from Furry Director Night Wolf, who was installed as a secondary manager when SQL temporarily left his position as warden in order to locate Raia. The androids can be distinguished by the orange triangle on their uniform, a orange sleeve on their uppermost forearm, and their tracker on their left temple (which will show the Android's instability). They run on the STRO-076 artificial intelligence model.
The RFID scanners in the site have been additionally secured after a recent riot attempt and a suspected case of praperagen. The list below will show what type of access is required for Robloxian Security Guards and Android Security Guards:
- Security guards are to have two access cards: one is their RFID Security Badge (which will help access the facility) and the other is a fake RFID Badge (Which looks like a legitimate RFID Security Badge, but it does not include the RFID Memory Card needed to access the facility and rather have an memory card that can alert real security guards if they attempt to use it to access a secured location in the facility).
- Guards are to use both cards to confuse prisoners to thinking the guard's Fake RFID Security Badge is their way out or prisoners may be intentionally given one.
- Security androids are to only have a fake RFID card since they unlock doors by using their security protocols to gain access. They are hard to differentiate with Robloxian guards due to their change of schedules.
- They are to scan the fake badge, while using their security features to unlock the door, fooling the prisoners that the fake RFID card is their way out. Prisoners do not have the security features, meaning that if they do not have security features, security androids will be alerted to the prisoner's location.
Transport
Because of FOXTROT’s remoteness, it costs an estimated 70,000 Robloxian Robux to transport one inmate to the prison. Because of this, there are only around 1,200 inmates in 2026 out of its planned capacity of 13,000. However, because of the new agreement made at the Massagaf Conference, flights to the prison can refuel in the air or at the Notus Islands Territory.
History
After the infamous Redwood G-Riot, the Robloxia government realized that the typical procedure of deporting Robloxians who have violated the Robloxian constitution were unable to solve the crisis. However, the Robloxian government also found out that its federal prisons were outdated. To solve this crisis, David Baszucki, the president of Robloxia, commissioned the construction of a new prison, far away from Robloxia: an hyper-advanced facility in Bloxartica. He hired the most prestigious and loyal designers, architects and operatives to help design the facility. The entire facility was built in only two weeks, and made its grand opening on the August 7, 2019. Playduo Studio tried to intervene on this, but they were not able to.
The first prisoners to be held in FOXTROT were members of the Blackskulls and Al RB Qaeda. Shortly after, members of the Luobese Triads and the Sakharov Mafia were shipped in as well. It was not long before the prison was booked full. In order to keep the prison running well, David Baszucki needed a tough warden. Jackson Jiang was already a manager, so David hired SQL as the warden. David learnt from his previous mistake with RoyStanford. Roy was intelligent but very lazy, but SQL was a dedicated hard worker and was incredibly skilled.
SQL was a codename - nobody knows his real name, but he gained infamy for his time in the EOSS, as he managed destroyed an entire Tovokian syndicate by himself. David knew he would be suitable for the job.
Under SQL's leadership, the facility has become a staple of Robloxian justice. The threat of being transferred to FOXTROT meant that many terrorist organizations and criminal syndicates had began to reduce their attacks and/or became more careful in how they carried out their operations. SQL also introduced a new disciplinary method - the dangle.
Inmates who misbehaved would have a rope tied to their ankle. They would then be suspended upside down and rotated on a metal rod around a pivot in the center of the prison's main cylindrical area. This punishment would last anywhere from 30 minutes to 18 hours depending on the severity of the misbehaviour. It was an incredibly painful and torturous experience, but because it prevented rebellious behaviour, David allowed it to continue.
In May 2022, four FOXTROT workers shot ChikoritaROBLOXHurricanes twice on the head. They mistook him as E251atirokihc.
In February 2024, Yeji escaped the complex after a member of the Hardy Boys disguised themselves as a security officer and released him from his cell during the night. He is the first inmate to successfully escape FOXTROT, and as of now, he is also the only one to do so. FOXTROT issued a public apology and claimed that the incident was humiliating. In response, FOXTROT proceeded to double down their security, and now all security officers must show their face, fingerprints and must have a tracker installed near their left temple, which is disguised as an LED light. They later instituted security androids to improve security. They were to wear their Android Security Uniform, with their tracker on their right temple which can whether their software has been modified.
On April 6, 2024, Furry Director Night Wolf was hired to assist Jackson Jiang to improve security protocols and manage the prison as SQL had temporarily left the continent to track down and locate the infamous terrorist Raia, whom he is related to. Night Wolf noticed their imprisonment system showed a complete bias against furries, as all furries imprisoned on site had been done so without a proper trial or conviction. Anti-Furries tried to sue FOXTROT for the change of policy, but lost the legal scuffle. All the furries held in FOXTROT at the time were released, although on probation, and FOXTROT has now banned the imprisonment of furries in their facility unless a furry is shown to have definitive links or connections to a major crime or terrorist institute (like when Geowaffles was arrested for her links to the Right Furry Hand organisation or even when Autumn Fox was arrested for affiliations with the FBC and D.O.R).
SQL has also allowed the complex to be used for government meetings, data storage, and weapons testing, as the remote location and high security makes it ideal.
Many famous criminals are currently held at the facility, including Yeji (formerly), Kaji, sixsh0t (formerly), Arthur Baradi, Romeo Cosdo, Jack Hawthorn, Notive, Kreo, YukiSmile, Geowaffles, the Maladuchi family, Robert Smiles, Camden Davis, and Eninfo.
Unfortunately, when Scorpio Smith became the Robloxian president, he decided to keep this prison operating rather than shutting it down. Recently, the Massagaf Conference had made the exact country where the prison is known, and furthermore, a leak in July 2025 had made the exact coordinates of the prison public knowledge. This resulted in the prison area suddenly experiencing an unprecedented increase in the number of visitors, as many Robloxians knew where the prison was for the first time. There were plans to storm the prison just like how Area 51 was stormed in real life back on July 2019, but the raid was stopped before it could occur when the warden of the prison decided to lock the prison down, fearing that a raid on it will result in the prison's first raid in its history as visitors will somehow gain the RFID Security Badges the guards have and will use it to mass release all the prisoners, and post social media posts related to the prison and demand that the prison be shut down in favor of returning to the traditional federal prison and deportation method. The Telamon Island Security Forces had a plan to destroy the prison, but it is unknown if it will ever be implemented.
In August 2036, after the prison ran for 17 years, the prison was shut down due to a unknown disaster.
Darkreao Controversy
In 2019, after darkreao had been confirmed to still be alive, SQL was questioned on whether or not he would be held in FOXTROT upon his arrest. To the surprise of the media, SQL said no. This is because they were close friends during their upbringing in Da Hood, and had developed an unshakable brotherhood. SQL received backlash and many calls for his resignation, citing 'biased and skewed justice'. However, SQL was never removed from his position, and darkreao was never caught until his death in 2025.
International Reactions
Ever since its creation, many nations have keenly looked upon FOXTROT as an example of the future of correctional facilities.
The UXXR established a prison system named S.G.R in 2023. It followed many of the similar tropes of FOXTROT but was less successful due to less government funding. By 2029, 16 inmates had escaped.
Nations like Romarkia and Prestonia have stated their outcry to FOXTROT. They claim that FOXTROT is nothing but an excuse for 'sadistic mercenaries' to 'torture prisoners of war'. This sentiment was echoed by Robloxsai and Al RB Qaeda. In fact, when Yeji was reported to have escaped, Robloxsai publicly celebrated this 'victory against the death grip of Robloxia'.
Anti-Furries
Because of recent policy changes, many anti-furry groups have stated public protest against FOXTROT, with many malicious organisations openly threatening the facility and its employees. This may be due to the fact that furries are barred from imprisonment there as well as the fact that many prisoners in the facility have links to these anti-furry groups.
So far, there have been zero successful attacks on FOXTROT (aside from the Yeji scandal).
Escapes
There has been only one case of an inmate escaping FOXTROT, however due to the remoteness of the facility, and the lack of nearby medical facilities, the inmate was later found unconscious inside of the ice. Since then, there have been no reports of escaped inmates, however there have been two near escapes, in 2019 and 2026.
News Media
While in one news, during the Blackskulls Main Observation Base Raid, it was claimed that Director Arctic Fox (Founder of Furry Headquarters) has ties to FOXTROT as he sends sixsh0ts to FOXTROT for a pending trial.
In an uncovered document, it was rumoured that Furry Headquarters was the one who gifted them their First Fur-Cyber Android to FOXTROT as a gift.
