The complaint stated that Robloxia actively preys on its impressionable citizen base and their desire for popular music while teaching Robloxian children that pirating music is perfectly acceptable. In response to the lawsuit, the government contended that they "do not tolerate copyright infringement" and expressed an intent to contest the lawsuit. Flag

In an unknown date in 2022, unnamed litigants (presumed to be Jewish robloxians) filed a joint class-action lawsuit against the Robloxia government for having a flag inspired by the Nazi flag. The Robloxia government stated they will change the flag to a flag inspired by the United States flag, and the flag stuck ever since. However, experts say that the Nazi flag accurately captures the recent lean towards the authoritarian right of the Corporatist Party, and it should be reinstated to significantly higher public humiliation. The flag was ultimately brought back on November 5, 2025, though as a unofficial flag.

Fun Fact:

Both Robloxia Government Headquarters One and Robloxia Government Headquarters Two were destroyed in March 2008.
