Executive Order 1025 is an executive order signed by BaconHairBlox, president of Sebelsti, along with Executive Order 1023. It was signed on March 5, 2026 and officially enables police and other authorities to conduct investigations and arrest individuals suspected to be associated with the Global Furry Agency, and labels the agency as a terrorist organization. It also prohibits government officials or close associates of the government from doing any business with the GFA or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated organizations. It severely limits the GFA’s ability to conduct operations on Sebelstian soil and lays a foundation to allow for the conviction of its members in Sebelsti, regardless of nationality.
Background
The Global Furry Agency has been under the AFI and the SDF’s top watchlists for nearly 15 years due to its violations of Law 2004/03 banning the import of fursuits for Furry purposes. This has strained historically strong relationships between Hokanda and Sebelsti. Additionally the GFA has been accused of promoting Furry activities in the country, due to Sebelsti’s historically anti-furry culture. As a result, multiple attempts have been made to shut down its operations in Sebelsti, but they have all failed; as they continue to reappear. In 2026, at the recommendation of his cabinet, President BaconHairBlox created the order.
Criticism:
As of the creation of this law, not only it was noticed by the GFA, but also caught the attention of the GFA's affiliated and parental organizations, the United Roblox Countries (along side ASEBN, Eurobloxian Union, etc.), and the RSCP Foundation. They made a formal report stating that even though Sebelsti has reasons to ensure GFA does not activate any operation on Sebelstian soil, capturing members of the agency; no matter the nationality, would currently result in the URC and the country of the affected individuals has filed as an act of espionage and serious criminal offenses.
Additionally, Bloxia Kingdom (the GFA's country of origin) would also formally warn that if they were to violate the terms, they would risk immediate conflict, ironically; it is also grounds for violations in strict anti-espionage, treason, or foreign influence laws in the Tovokian Federation.
Furthermore, according to URC and the Tovokian Federation; there was no evidence that shows GFA promoting anything in the said state; which conflicts their story of them promoting furry activities in the country. Sebelsti would likely be filed for forging stories to avoid a future event.
