Executive Order 1023 is an executive order signed into law by President BaconHairBlox of Sebelsti on March 5, 2026 in response to growing concerns of a Noobian invasion of Sebelsti, permitting the Sebelsti Defense Force to invade and temporarily occupy territory bordering Sebelsti owned by the DSWN until a regime change can occur. It was signed along with Executive Order 1025, a related act. It was signed in a televised address at 22:30 SST and became law at 01:00 SST on the next day, March 6. It provides the legal and constitutional framework for another Sebelsti-led invasion into the Democratic States of Working Noobs.
