Special Containment Procedures
An instance of RSCP-103 should be contained in a large chamber temporarily, sedated and no less than 3 security guards should be observing or handling the creature alone. It should be shipped off to Site-11 or other sites that can meet the following requirements; A large containment chamber located in Heavy Containment Zone. Said chamber should be about 100 studs by 100 studs by 100 studs, and an observation area fit with chamberlocks and bulletproof glass should be made for safe and extensive observation. Mounted guns should be present in and outside of the containment room. Anti-aircraft guns or any guns with rapid fire speed loaded with sedation and lethal rounds should be mounted both in the Heavy Containment Zone and in and around the facility, to prevent any instance of RSCP-103 from escaping and flying away.
Description
RSCP-103 is a large and typically red species of some kind of unknown reptile that is hostile to Robloxians and theoretically any kind of fauna. RSCP-103 is known to lethally kill humans and often feast on Robloxian children. RSCP-103 will range from 5.5-9 studs in height. RSCP-103 instances have been recorded to run both bipedally and on four limbs, both extremely fast, estimated to be at 48 on the Robloxian Walk Speed Index. The average Robloxian is at 16 on the RWSI. RSCP-103 can also exhibit intense sense of smelling and can smell prey up to 3 miles away.
One instance of RSCP-103 that breached containment was known to run 14 kilostuds to the nearest town to eat an entire village. This incident also led to the Foundation discovering that MTF units were picked on and systematically killed by the instance, because they were experiencing internal panic, fear, and other general factors of fear. It is believed that RSCP-103 can "smell" fear. Multiple units and trucks of MTF were not enough, so Epsilon-11 was sent to stop the instance, which they proved successful in doing so.
Origins
Their true origins is debated heavily. Some say they are a subtype of RSCP-114 'Vita Carnis' and others say they are a type of creature from the old world. All is known is they would remain unphotographed until 1989.
As of October 4th, ████, it has been confirmed that RSCP-103 is an enhanced RSCP-114-4 Mimic Specimen that only hunt people who are 'in fear'. Observation and containment are necessary, and information must be informed to Sub-Division Gamma Alpha Delta (Global Anomalous Division) or Department Carnis immediately.
Sightings
First sighting
Dracobloxxers were first seen in the Ro-Balkan area, as far as dating back to 1981 when babies were stolen and eaten by the vile creatures. However, a nurse saw the sighting and described their appearance as roughly humanoid, with reptilian legs and a tail.
Second sighting
A large group of them were sighted in Bloxburg Valley in 1989 in which the RSCP Foundation admitted they could not keep their existence a secret. The containment of them would require assistance from the Global Occult Coalition and take five days. The Dracobloxxers would kill 30 people in their hunt.
Third sighting
A breached Dracobloxxer was sighted in Nagablocksi, Neo-Japan on a stolen monorail being taken by the Anti-Kemono Federation. It would require containment from the RSCP Foundation and agents from the United Kemonos of Neo-Japan. It would injury three MTF agents and United Kemonos of Neo-Japan Director Hayakawa Kumiko. This would be the last public sighting of a real Dracobloxxer.
Fourth sighting
A Dracobloxxer was sighted at a RSCP Foundation site in the urban areas of Bloxanada where said site was experiencing a containment breach of an RSCP-114-4 instance (herby refered as RSCP-114-4A). In accordance with protocol "Vector Charlie-4", MTF Unit Vector-1 'Carnis Agents' was deployed instead of Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" or Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" due to the addition of an active RSCP-114-4 breach.
Said RSCP-114-4 instance was terminated by Vector-1, however the said Dracobloxxer was found deceased approximately 2km from said sector with 3.57mm bullet wounds at its neck and head. Debrief reveal that Vector-1 "unintentionally" opened fired on said Dracobloxxer for mistakenly thought it was another breached RSCP-114-4 instance.
Addendum: RSCP-103 on media
Recently, RSCP-103 has been the subject of fictional media coverage, including a scene in the movie Robloxia Until Dawn and them being a common thing for the group Parawatch to investigate. An another example is a movie focused on RSCP-103 named Dracobloxxer is made in 2025 and will first premiere in theaters around Robloxia and Bloxanada on July 23rd, 2025.
Addendum: RSCP-114 relation?
As of the events of the Fourth sighting; Director Olivia Rosewood took over the case and had later claimed that RSCP-103 may have a genetic-relation with RSCP-114 subspecies as a whole, as speculated that it may have 'communicated' with it to stage for RSCP-114-4A to breach. Orders were made to reclassify RSCP-103, however the only orders that was approved was the MTF Reclassification from Alpha-3 and Epsilon-11 to Vector-1 only.
