Blockwood is an incorporated village located more deeper into the North Bloxifornian Forest compared to other settlements. The village is located within the southern regions of the Robloxian state, North Bloxifornia. The village is known for its remoteness, having many abandoned structures and ties to the region’s logging history. The village has a population of 412, as of the 2024 census.
The village was once a thriving lumber town. However, it saw a sharp decline in population after the timber industry collapsed in the mid-20th century. Today, it is home to just over 432 residents. Due to its location, Blockwood remains difficult to access, with only a single gravel road connecting it to the nearest town, Sawmill Town, which lies approximately 17 miles southwest. The village has gained attraction in recent years due to its association with the North Bloxifornian Forest myths, particularly those involving The Lurker, unexplained disappearances, and occasional figures. Paranormal investigators and people who enjoy folklore, occasionally visit the village. Although there is no proper evidence of these myths and many suggest that they are not real, the village’s mayor, Frank Davidson, made a law in December 2020, that staying outside after 12 AM in the village is against the rules.
