The 2013 Bloxburg Riots was a very lengthy part of the larger The Robloxia Anti-Racism Movement, which started because a police officer, presumably hired by the Ru Rux Ran (RRR), Leo White, murdered a male African-Robloxian Robloxian, Marco Philips. Leo was found innocent by the jury, causing a riot sparked all over Bloxburg. This riot lasted for over a month, and the aim is for the end of police brutality in Robloxia, but most specifically, a re-trial of Leo White with a jury who knew Leo White was guiltyand the exemption of RRR members from receiving jury duty summons. 7,598 Robloxians were killed by the rioters or the police, around 95,000 Robloxians were arrested, and 15,658 Robloxians were injured. This was one of the largest riots in Robloxia, which caused 8 million Robux of damages.

The riot remains as one of the worst riots in Robloxia.

Background

On the night of March 11, 2013, Marco Philips was driving back home, when he was caught by a police officer, Leo White, for speeding, and failure to signal. Marco first did not notice that a police car was chasing behind him, but later saw the police car, so he pulled over and parked his car in the side of the highway. However, Leo started to beat Marco up, and shooting Marco with a GLOCK-17, instantly killing him. However, the footage was caught by a driver passing by, with a dashcam footage. Marco's last words were recorded by the dashcam, when he was saying, 'WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS? I'M JUST AN GUILTY BLACK RO-' The driver shared the video to Bloxtube and other social media, which caused the riot fuse to be lit. The riot later exploded when the jury, presumably consisting of at least six RRR members out of twelve that were present at the courthouse, voted Leo White not guilty.

May 17, 2013

After the video was spread across the internet and even on the news, the riot sparked all over. The first riot was on 18:40, when on the intersection of Coeptus Boulevard and the Amigovilla Boulevard, a protest began to develop. When the RRR affiliated police threatened to arrest the protesters, it became a riot, with the rioters started to loot stores nearby, murdering the civilians, and the RRR affiliated police. The city government of Bloxburg declared an emergency on 19:45, which was followed by news around Robloxia reporting the riots. The Carmen County Emergency Management issued a civil danger warning for the city of Bloxburg and two miles outside of its city limits, which was then relayed by the Robloxia Weather Service in Bloxburg, Bloxburg Valley.

Immediately following this, Bloxburg went under shelter in place. All windows and doors were locked. The airports were temporarily closed, and the military and police force were placed in Bloxburg and two miles out of the city limits, effectively creating a lockdown situation in Bloxburg.

On 19:45-21:30, despite lockdown, rioters and looters protested against the shelter in place protocols in front of the city hall, saying "we do not have a shelter". Eventually, police and military told the rioters and looters to disperse from the city hall and return back to their shelter. The rioters and looters obeyed the police and military... but little did the police know, they are going to trap the police and military with a classic good-old illegally imported C4 bomb trap. After they left, a massive explosion had occurred near the city hall, killing 8 Robloxians, and injured 16 Robloxians (those deaths and injuries included the police and military). C4 shrapnel flew everywhere. Meanwhile, the police and military who heard the massive explosion but survived it went to the city hall and picked up C4 shrapnel. Utilizing the contemporary technique of forensic analysis, the C4 shrapnel was forensically analyzed to contain fingerprints that belonged to a well-known rioter in history. Furthermore, one piece of shrapnel was inscribed with the words "imported from Bloxico", which led to the conclusion that the rioters and looters are relying on Bloxicans to give them free rioting and looting tools, which is illegal in Robloxia.

May 18, 2013

The lockdown and emergency area were expanded, with this time, six miles out of the Bloxburg city limits, Santa Fe, and San Bernando. The lockdown and emergency were issued in San Bernando, since the rioters already had taken over the half of the Bloxburg city, and a couple rioters were spotted in the rural San Bernando area, rioting and looting on their own.

The San Bernando and Santa Fe County Emergency Management issued a civil danger warning for San Bernando, which was then relayed by the Robloxia Weather Service in San Juan, Bloxburg Valley.

The airports became temporarily closed, and the military and police force were placed in San Bernando , Santa Fe, and two miles out of the city limits, effectively creating a lockdown situation in San Bernando and Santa Fe.

On 12:15, the rioters took over the Bloxburg City Hall, which caused the then mayor of Bloxburg, Froggyhopz, to evacuate to San Juan on his private airplane parked in Coeptus International Airport. There was an attempted hijacking of his private airplane, but it failed when Froggyhopz told the rioters and looters that the Transportation and Security Administration of Robloxia (TSA) will be performing a stringent security screening procedure on them. The TSA screened the rioters and looters, taking away everything they found to be contraband before kicking them out of the airport for excessive contraband. Experts say that a successful private airplane hijacking could have been very costly and deadly for the city of Bloxburg.

On 17:30, the rioters started to raid the Bloxburg Police Department's first floor and killed 19 police officers (Percy White (Leo White's son) and the police chief were also police officers who were killed). There were no injuries from either side because the police officers were killed before they could even injure them. The rioters then placed another illegally imported C4 bomb, which exploded. The Bloxburg Police Department collapsed. Unfortunately, the rioters were unable to escape and were killed with the resulting collapse. Without a police department, Bloxburg's crime rates were about to increase.

The rioters also started a power plant meltdown in Bloxburg, after the rioters took over the power plant. When the power plant melted down, it initially cost a massive amount of ROBUX and two months to build a new one, causing a blackout.

The lockdown was expanded on 23:00 and was issued on the western Los Andes area by FroggyHopz, who was remotely working in San Juan. He tried to contact the Robloxia Weather Service in San Juan to relay the civil danger warning, which included the message that the city is in lockdown. However, the Robloxia Weather Service in San Juan lost access to their emergency broadcasting system, which led it unable to issue any warnings on weather or other phenomena. However, a backup generator meant meteorologists could still do their occupation. It was later found that the former two phenomena were associated with the blackout, as the blackout precluded warning issuance.

May 19, 2013

In the early morning, the meteorologists contacted Robloxia during their early morning emergency meeting, which had approved a state of emergency declaration all over the Southern Bloxburg Valley, which included San Juan, where Froggyhopz is temporarily at. Because of the rioters are moving towards San Juan, Froggyhopz left San Juan and moved to Sacramento with his private airplane, which was parked in the San Juan International Airport. There was also another bombing between the eastern Claire County and Dos Bocas, killing two Robloxians and injuring twenty-one Robloxians. The government also issued a lockdown in the area. However, the government somehow was criticized for not stopping the rioters, but rather prioritizing the safety of Robloxians by having them lock their windows and doors. This led to a newly created anarchist gang, which speedily merged with the other gangs participating in the riot. In this day, Ro-bloods, Ro-crips, and other South Bloxburg gangs joined the rioters, making the situation worse. Bloxburg's crime rate started to increase significantly, rendering a lot of Bloxburgers unhappy, and a result, some Bloxburgers chose to leave Bloxburg until the riots were over. Land valuations decreased significantly throughout Bloxburg, and some Robloxians refused to build new properties simply because of the lower land valuations.

May 20, 2013

As the situation got worse, President Roblox sent the Robloxian Forces to southern Bloxburg Valley, capturing 300 rioters. However, the Ro-Bloods and Ro-Crips members, arguing for secession from Robloxia so that the riots could turn in their favor, started to attack the military, which resulted the military to pull out from the area temporarily. In a successful and elaborate sting operation, the military accepted the secession offer and declared that they would be joining the Ro-Bloods and Ro-Crips. However, after reports of friendly fire, the Ro-Bloods and Ro-Crips were exposed by the military to be secessionist organizations.

May 21, 2013

This day, the Bloxburg bank was robbed by the rioters, with total amount robbed being equivalent to 1 million R$. The rioters even stole the bank vault containing that much cash. There was a small conflict in Claire County, between the military and the rioters. Rioters felt like Robloxia was preventing them from getting the justice they desired most and argued for the secession of Southern Bloxburg Valley from Robloxia. The rioters also started a massive fire in the KorbloxiaTown in downtown Bloxburg, causing about 1.5 million R$ of damage before the fire was extinguished by the Bloxburg Fire Department. The Robloxia government decided that the city of Bloxburg was to become an exclusion zone. The borders of Bloxburg started to be guarded by the Robloxian army, only allowing Bloxburg residents to enter. For a while, rioting stopped and was replaced with peaceful protesting.

May 22, 2013

The riot then slowly turned into a peaceful protest, so many Robloxians gave attention, waiting the riots and protests to end. Then, action is taken for the protesters. FroggyHopz made the punishment for police brutality harsher. Furthermore, Leo White was declared guilty in a second trial. The Bloxburg Municipal Courthouse announced that all members of the RRR will not receive jury summons. Due to the destruction of the Bloxburg Police Department, law enforcement operations have been downscaled as the police department is being rebuilt. A mass firing commenced, causing many RRR members to lose their jobs at the police department. The protesters then in a city hall rally, carried the letter W, meaning that the purpose of the riot had been successfully fulfilled and justice was successfully served. The RRR said they would get their revenge for being fired and being banned from future jury summons, however. They started to disguise themselves as Robloxian military soldiers, identifying as the White Force. As such, they were given military weapons. The White Force then started to attack the protesters. For the Robloxians who were largely unaware of their disguise, the Robloxians thought the military was attacking them. It was not until later the White Force was revealed to be targeting BloxAfrican Robloxians who were protesting.

May 23, 2013

This day, the protesters planned a massacre to the RRR members, with the planned date to be May 24. And in this day, some protesters reached the Bloxburg highway, and started to raid the cars with white Robloxians on it. They destroyed the cars with baseball bats, hammers, and other weapons. More than 98 Robloxians were reported dead, and 207 Robloxians were injured. The Bloxburg highway was temporary closed, with the police blocking the entrance of the highway. It caused a massive traffic jam in the city of Bloxburg, both from car destruction and the closure of the highway itself.

The massacre of the RRR started, and the massacre made the RRR members go down from 1800 to 500 after 1,300 RRR members were killed in one day.
