Leo Tyler White (January 18, 1975 - May 4, 2018) was a Bloxburg police officer and a Ru Rux Ran member who is notorious for killing Marco Philips and starting a massive riot all over the Bloxburg area. He was a police officer until he was proven guilty in December 2013 and died due to a Congbloxian Fever on May 4, 2018, after contracting it from one of his inmates.
