Meteorological Synopsis
The winter storm that made Pine County even more frozen moved south, spawning thunderstorms in the valley between Pine County and Mt.Blox, causing a tornado outbreak in the progress.
On January 10, 2002, 6:00 PM Terro Time, the Robloxia Storm Prediction Center (RSPC) issued a potential for a high-end severe weather event to take place on the central areas of the valley six hours from now. The outlook called for a possibility of diminutive hail, high winds, and one tornado over the central areas of the valley. Two hours later, the RSPC put out a bulletin that denoted the likelihood of a diminutive but deadly tornado outbreak, which lead to many speculations of a diminutive but deadly tornado outbreak. At 11:44 PM, the Robloxia Weather Service issued a Tornado Watch over almost the entire areas of the valley, citing potential fuel for a diminutive but deadly tornado outbreak.
At 11:52 PM, a severe storm began going over the entire valley, bringing diminutive hail and high winds, with a 67 mph wind gust occurring over one area of the valley. Diminutive hail was recorded, with a 0.4 inch wide hailstone being recorded in one area, after hitting a male Robloxian's vehicle. The severe storm caused damage around the area, but no injuries and deaths.
The first activity correlated with a supercell began 2 miles off the western border of the valley at around 11:58 PM, with most cells moving northeast at 4-6 mph, and a very strong rotation couplet beginning off the western border of the valley, leading to the Tornado Watch being updated to a PDS Tornado Watch at 11:59:20 PM. The first supercell made landfall at approximately midnight, dropping a fine-sized, spin up EF0 tornado over one area of the valley.
The Cold Blast
The Cold Blast of this winter storm penetrated -32 degrees Fahrenheit (-36 degrees Centigrade ) temperatures as far south as Badimo City.
Aftermath
After the outbreak, an immediate state of emergency was declared for the valley by AmigoVilla2002, due to the extensive damages in many of the areas in the valley. The Vice President of Robloxia visited the valley.
The areas sent 9.5% of all Robloxians that were still on the valley away from the valley, stating the major damages to the valley.
Over 285,714 Robloxians were left without power for days in the valley, and the valley was locked down due to major damages for nearly nine days following the storm.
Following the outbreak, a memorial to all those killed in the valley was erected in the center of the valley.
