Info

Do not confuse it with the King Kong Roar from Universal Studios Sound Effects Library or the E2, Roar - King Kong Roar from the E2 Sound Effects. This Sound Effect was created by Hisashi Samonaga and Sadamasa Nishimoto by using lion and elephant roars and combined with thunder sounds. It debuted in the 1962 Japanese tokusatsu, kaiju and monster crossover film, King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962). Later on, it would be reused or edited for other kaiju, mostly for Tsuburaya Productions' Ultra Series.
