This sound effect can be found on Cartoon Trax Volume 1, which was made by The Hollywood Edge. It was originally a Disney sound effect that debuted in the Donald Duck short film called "Trombone Trouble" on February 18, 1944, before The Hollywood Edge picked it up in 1992.
