H-B WHIP, CARTOON - HEAVY WHIP CRACK

This is a rare sound effect that is not available on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, as well as it's standalone sound effect itself, but however it can be found in some sequences in the same library. This is because it was originally a Walter Lantz cartoon sound effect which was heard in Hell's Heels (1930).
