This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. Originally it was a Mosfilm sound. This sound made a debut in comedy movie "Shine, Shine, My Star" (rus. Гори, гори, моя звезда). Ien someone shoots by machine gun. Mostly, in short films about the events of the World War II.
