Introduction
The Third World War or "The 5 Years War" was a war started against Roblox by anomalies. World governments that were arch enemies teamed up to destroy one to three anomalies. The Robloxian Government responded by splitting Robloxia to its former five countries previously used in the Second Robloxian Civil War due to a financial crisis since most of Robloxia's ROBUX was being used for the military fund on December 30th, 1999. The war ended on July 4th, 2004 after the MTF, RSCP Foundation, and North Robloxian Marine Infantry defeated the Chaos Insurgency, Serpent's Hand, and recontained/destroyed RSCPs. The war was 4 years, 7 months, and 14 days long in total (1687 days).
Start of the war
On November 20th, 1999, Robloxia declared a state of emergency, following the incident where workers at a power plant in Pine County were all involved in an accident involving a reactor meltdown, which caused less maintenance on the Robloxian Power Grid (RPG). A few hours later, most of the Bloxanadian-Robloxian RPG were unable to carry power to Site-14 and 99 other RSCP Foundation sites, causing what will never be surpassed as Robloxia's most massive and widespread special containment breach. Bloxico lost their RPG on the early morning of Nov 21st. Eventually, most of the power grid started to go back online. Unfortunately, during the restoration of electricity throughout the entirety of the North Bloxmerican continent, something prevented the restoration. Multiple sites had fallen in a containment breach, eventually causing multiple RSCPs to escape.
All 100 RSCP Foundation sites were empty. Hundreds of thousands of people were being killed by rampaging anomalies across Robloxia. However, the UNGOC had a gun manufacturing company which made a rocket launcher called the "Kaufer Gun". (Pronounced caw-fur). It had missiles that could blow up neighborhoods, creating a non-nuclear explosion that would be 200x200 studs in diameter. The North Robloxian government decided that they should make peace with every country or possibly unite with every country to defeat or specially contain the anomalies. The RSCP Foundation changed their name to "The Robloxian Department of Anomalous and Psionic Defense, which specializes in the destruction of any threat or violent anomaly. (DOAPD). They allied with the URGOC and URATC and other GOI's.

Chaos Insurgents took over South Robloxia and threatened to nuke West Robloxia's major cities TROA (The Republic of Atoll) united with North Robloxia and East Robloxia to defeat South Robloxia. Many western Robloxians took refuge in Robloxia (city) and other major Robloxian cities. South Robloxia started developing deadly nuclear bombs and even a Mark III Drill Bomb. Bloxanada and Bloxico united with Robloxia to defeat South Robloxia after unethically testing a Mark III Drill Bomb on Polycity, resulting in an initial death toll in the thousands of innocent deaths. The Bloxican residents became very concerned due to most of the country being enclaved by South Robloxia. Eventually, the allies of Robloxia nuked RoCity and Area 51. Anomalies starting to invade towns across Roblox, with thousands of deaths every day.
By February 2001, Kaufer gunners were sent into the county seat of Robloxity to capture RSCP-016 which was lifting trucks and cars off Interblox 99 and Ro-Route 1 onto major roads, causing major damage in terms of explosions and fire. By the time RSCP-016 fled back into the wild to atempt to camouflage as a radio tower, RSCP. Kaufer gunners accidentally blew up most of Robloxity, which from space looked like "a small chunk of pain, magma, fire, all combined". There were no survivors of this incident, fortunately most of the citizens were evacuated to Site-11. Bloxburg was starting to get evacuated due to SCP-682/RSCP-029 devouring and consuming homes and large cars to gain energy. Meanwhile, the Chaos Insurgency and Serpent's Hand captured major Robloxian cities, most notably Starlight City (Near Bloxburg), which had been put under direct military control and a provisional capital for the Serpent's Hand. The city encountered CI raids mostly, and rarely MTF raids. A brutal police force created by the Serpent's Hand (SH) usually did random acts of police brutality, raids, and unnecessary arrests of citizens. During the war, most of Robloxia and other countries were in lockdown and stuck in shelters, or being enslaved by the CI or SH. optimism came out of this.

One of the most popular Robloxian songs came out in 2001 titled "Outrun The Nightmare", which was a song about the writer trying to mentally escape the ruins of society. This song cured many Robloxian's depression and as of November 25th, 2021 has grossed more than 1,000 Robux annually and has been listened to over 85,000 times. Some Robloxians decided to revamp one of the most popular Internet sites known as "Bloxtube". In 2000, the revamped Bloxtube was released, which was originally an online dating site. In February 14, 2001 (ironically Valentine's Day 2001), the Robloxian government told them to change it to something else, and the Robloxians did so, changing it to an online video sharing and social media site.
On 2002, there was an unofficial cease fire, presumed to have been caused by two six-month-long disasters: 2002 Laser Beam Disaster and The 2002 Core Disaster. In 2003, there was also a cease-fire, presumed as being caused by Robloxians watching The Core (2003) and getting PTSD of a disaster that occurred on their nation six months earlier.

On 2004, the unofficial cease fire expired, just in time when their PTSD faded, causing battles between anomalies and Robloxians to resume.
"The war got so bad I saw a young noob entering the army. Apparently his father died due to a Siren Head attack. He was going to get revenge on him"
On July 4th, 2004, the RSCP Foundation successfully contained every anomaly and defeated the Chaos Insurgency entirely. Amnestics were administered to 23% of Roblox's population. However, this led to unforeseen consequences, as some Robloxians started to believe the war was a hoax. All Euclid and Keter anomalies that were "active" were neutralized. However, some anomalies that escaped neutralization procedures were eventually special contained. Safe anomalies were eventually let back to be with Robloxians, because citizens in Robloxia and a few hundred animal companies started protesting "Anomalies are people too!" The DOAPD renamed back to the RSCP Foundation for a shorter and more simple name.
"It was a terrible fight. We were about to lose but then hope came: Reinforcements."
On March 10th, 2009, the world recovered from the Five Years War.
