One of Keysota's abandoned towns, Waukesha used to be one of the largest in the state of Keysota.
History:
Founded just north of Wadena, Waukesha was originally a suburb of Wadena but would quickly grow in population. By 1990 the town would reach 5,000 residents and have a decently sized downtown. It was expected to grow into one of Keysota's largest cities.
On the night of July 10th, 1998, a EF4 tornado would sweep through Welchenville slabbing the town and making its way east headed straight for Waukesha. The town's tornado sirens would fail to sound and the tornado would destroy the town in minutes. Debris would be spread across all of Wadena County from the town. The town would be declared a total loss by the Robloxia Weather Service and Keysota State Government decided not to rebuild. The town's last building remains would be torn out in 2010 and the area where Waukesha once stood would become a empty intersection.
